| The cable fixing brackets of aluminium alloy or stainless steel are available for 2 different sizes of rails. The robust profile bars are available in lengths of 3 m and 6 m, and are in aluminium, bright steel or galvanized steel depending on the type of application. To complete the line there is also a version of stainless steel A2. |

Air Precision has also developped a range of standard electrical slip rings : EEG, T13 and T20.
They use the same "gold" technology as custom-built slip rings and therefore have excellent electrical qualities and are easily adaptable thanks to interchangeable mechanical interfaces.

Rotary Systems' three passage rotary union with integrated 6 circuit slip ring. The union is constructed from plated carbon steel. The union utilizes a hardened and ground shaft, Teflon professional seals and radial ball bearings.
The slip ring is a 6 circuit compact commercial capsule rated at 2 amps/210VDC or 240VAC. Gold on Gold contacts with speeds up to 250 RPM. Several circuit configurations for the slip ring and number of passages on the rotary union are available upon request.

Rotary Systems is capable of integrating a slip ring into our line of stock rotary couplings as shown in the picture. This is designed into our unions to allow for continuous 360 degree rotation of electrical power and/or data signals. Multiple circuits and power capacities are available.
Two of our rotary unions with slip rings integrated into the design are shown in the picture. The smaller union has two passages with 1/8” NPT connections. It is designed with a six circuit integrated slip ring. The larger union is a four passage unit with 1/2” NPT connections. This union is designed with a three circuit “pancake style” slip ring.

| The co-axial coupling consists of three parts. The outer hub consists of a series of rare earth magnets that are ground, potted and attached to the inside diameter of a steel hub. The inner hub consists of a series of rare earth magnets that are ground, potted and attached to the outside diameter of a steel rotor. The inner hub is then completely sealed in stainless steel to protect the magnets and rotor from damage or corrosive substances. Typically there is a radial air gap of up to .275" (7mm) between the inner and outer hubs. Conventional bores and keyways are used to drive the inner and outer hubs. |

Multi-pole connectors specification for multi-couplings / docking systems MC multi-pole connectors are used in manually or automatically actuated multi-couplings, tool change systems and docking systems.
These connectors meet high plugging frequency requirements, for over 1 million plugging cycles. They are rugged, reliable and easy to apply. The contacts have crimp connection. In the unplugged condition the complete socket and pin parts are longitudinally waterproof over the contacts. |
