The L4000 and L5000 Electric Reels are designed to be compact, but are still capable of holding 35-50ft of tangle-free power cable. They are spring retractable with latch and engineered for industrial use. Compact for critical space requirements, these reels are finished with a durable abrasion resistant baked-on powder coat, keeping these reels looking new and maintenance free through years of use. All models supplied with cord are equipped with a 4-5ft. pigtail and three prong plug. Made with wall, ceiling, or bench mounts in mind, the L4000 and L5000 models also come standard with adjustable cord stop.Optional fluorescent lights, outlet receptacles, and incandescent hand lamps are available as options.

For more than 35 years Cavotec Specimas has been involved in the development and manufactoring of motorised wire reels for horizontal and vertical applications, both for continuous and intermittent duty. Cavotec Specimas uses different driving systems for different applications and sizes. ELYTRA develops and industrializes systems of power supply unit for used movable talents in the iron and steel, metallurgical, agro-alimentary industry, wastebaskets, ports, terminals, mines, theaters, etc.
ELYTRA designs and makes uncoilers from 1963 with a range of coilers manuals, to motorized means and with system of magnetic coupler. Within the manufacture range coilers for power supply, pneumatic, hydraulic are constructed and of data transmission through optical fiber. This range of manufacture goes from the smallest model with drum of 200mm of diameter, to the greatest drum with 7 ms of diameter.
The cables and hoses used for the manufacture of our coilers are specific for each one of the applications that they ask for to us, as much for high speeds, minimum radios of curvature and great tractions, with a reduced outer diameter.
For the transmission of energy of the fixed part to the moving body specific collectors for each type of transmission are used. A all this accompanied by the suitable accessories for each type of application, obtaining major and better durability of the equipment.
