ProNC2 is the last generation of part programming and management created by VERNET BEHRINGER Company. It is developed for 32 bits environment like Microsoft„µ Windows„µ 9x, 2000 and Xp and uses SQL databases.
ProNc32 is used for manual programming through a column per face mode and a graphic mode. The Import/Export function with the most current format file (D.S.T.V, APROMAV.DAT, *.PNF, *.CAM,¡K) makes easier the data exchanges between professional computers which have a software enabled to read the same format file.
The configuration of the databases in Client/Server allows a full sharing of the data and a better production following.
Data contained in ProNC2 software is transmitted towards the PLC MANUFACTURERS driving the machine trough the machine driver which has either a RS232 type PC Serial link, either a software link, makes it possible to visualize at all times the state of the machine using a default table, making maintenance more efficient.

With the assistance of SICAD you have the possibility of importing the files of the models in 3D and of possibly modifying them, or of creating new ones. Models on which it will be possible to generate the course of cutting.
Thanks to a meticulous control of the surfaces and curves to be cut out, the system determines the procedures of starter of entry and of exit, the cutting head has perpendicular to the points course determining the skeletal rules of work by the user.
The program guarantees a course of cut free from risks thanks to a module of control which checks possible the collisions between the head and the portions of a piece to be cut out or of the tools which fix the part.
It is also possible to visualize a dynamic simulation which represents the part, the professional chuck, the support, rotations of the part and the interaction with those of the head professional laser, before generating the program to be used on the numeric control of the machine.
