VC211LL is a durable, maintenance-free, advanced electronic volume
corrector specially designed for applications where power and
communication lines are costly or unavailable.
With its battery powered design and its embedded communications
interface, it meets all types of volume correction and reporting needs
without any maintenance for at least 5 years.
Embedded GSM hardware enables wide area coverage with various
operators worldwide.VC211LL supports GPRS and EDGE, for reporting,
remote access, configuration, and transmission of control commands.
Approved for Legal MetrologyVC211L has compatible gas measurements for EN 12405 which is approved by Holland NMI. This approval includes that the product is fully functional and suitable for hard environments.
Broad Calculation RangeMain calculation standards are AGA 5, AGA 7, AGA 8, GERG, ISO 6976 and ISO 12213-3 which include mass, energy, volume, density, calorific value, relative density and compressibility values.
Pipeline MonitoringVC211LL can be used for monitoring critical pipelines, supplying majority of gas to the cities and to prevent seller from loss of money due to different pressure, tempreature and gas content.
Key Customer MonitoringVC211LL is ideal for monitoring, logging and reporting of various parameters of key customers of gas utilities which consume majority of gas such as hospitals, hotels, factories, and industrial zones.

The flowcom compensates for flowmeter errors due to pressure or temperature variations and computes mass or standard volume flow rates for gases, steam or liquids. It can even do so for a pair monitoring stations. It also computes heat transfer rates and thermal-energy contents for heat transfer media or refrigerants.
As a two channel version, the flowcom can calculate balances between supply and return lines.
A particular advantage of the flowcom: It does not operate based on problematic equations, but integrates a number of permanently stored tables of the mass densities and enthalpies of commonly employed media.
Flowcom will compensate the infloence of temperature and pressure on virtually each flowmeter such as integrating pitot tubes, orifices, venturis, vortex meters, mag meters, ultrasonic flowmeters, PD-meters…
The flowcom communications software runs under Windows.

The lightning fast Thermo Scientific AutoEXEC flow computer and remote telemetry unit integrates measurement and control functionality for both natural gas and petroleum liquids. This highly accurate system calculates flow on four to 32 runs at an unprecedented rate of 10 times per second. It solves complicated AGA equations and is compliant with API Ch. 21.1 and Ch. 21.2. It features a preloaded default configuration; USB connectivity via three ports: host, slave-device and on-the-go (OTG); secure access controls; authentication and built-in encryption; built-in lightning protection on each board; a processor that operates at the widest temperature range in the industry: -40 C (-40 F) to 85 C (185 F); and AO accuracies of ±0.1% over the full temperature range. The standard AutoEXEC includes a CPU board, power supply and an enclosure with six available board slots. Optional boards can be added to increase input/output as necessary and each board has its own 32-bit ARM 7 industrial grade processor, enabling the most rapid communication to the motherboard. Seven additional chassis can be daisy-chained together to obtain tremendous input/output and meter run capabilities. Remote installation requires that the AutoEXEC be manufactured to endure the harshest elements. The board withstands 120 indirect lightning strikes of 6,000 volts/3,000 amps each and temperature cycling from -40°C (-40°F) to 85°C (185°F). Analog output accuracies of ±0.1% are ensured over the full temperature range. Multiple surge protection schemes are also installed on each board.
