Spline gauges are go and no-go plug gauges for splines. They are used as a quick inspection method for splines with involute, straight-sided and serration flanks.
The most important feature when inspecting splines is its usability- which is tested with spline gauges. The spline gauges are designed according to the tolerances 'actual' and 'effective'. |

The BARCOR HOLE GAGE is a precision instrument designed to instantly give you a diameter reading in less than two seconds. Merely insert the precision ground, hardened tool steel Gaging Plunger into the hole, press the base of the gage firmly against the part and read the dial directly in .001" or .02mm diameter increments on the dial face.
The HOLE GAGE is a direct reading gage. No Setting Master (Standard) or look-up chart is required. To check the setting, press the base of the gage against any flat ground surface and adjust the dial to read the Set To number stamped on the back. |

Large sizes in mechanical engineering mean dimensions in excess of 500 mm.
Besides various measurement procedures like those that apply large internal or external
micrometers with two-point contact, tape rules (wrapping round the outside diameter),
V-bases, rotating measuring disks (rolling-contact) and optical systems (triangulation
with theodolites), resort is often to make use of simple testing means like fixed gauges
(inside calliper gauges), gauge blocks combinations or telescopic adjustable gauges. |

GS-1000 is a long range contact type linear gauge sensor which has a linear type displacement converter and converts spindle displacement directly into electric signals.
The adoption of ball spline bearings in the spindle has resulted in increased torsional rigidity (10 times as much as our conventional one) and of durability (practical durability of more than 10 million times) of the spindle.
The sensor is suitable for use in dangerous places and where measured values cannot be directly observed and for being incorporated in machines.
Features
- Long range of 100 mm
- High durability (2.5 times as much as our conventional one)
- Optimum for machine production, building and civil engineering fields |
|
Features:
- Self centering sleeve eliminates operator influence for extremely accurate applications
- Non tipping design offers fast / simple accurate results
- Available with a dial or digital indicator or can be fitted with LVDT probles sleeves which is ground approximately .001" smaller than the lower limit of the bore being inspected
- Single dial unit housing can be used with interchangeable plug heads
- Plug heads available in any size between . 078" - 9.00" (2.0mm - 230mm)
- Plug heads: choice of 3 "H" dimensions allows measurement of thru bores, blind holes or super blind holes

Machines PRIMA are currently the spearhead of the range of the machine with horizontal arm HEXAGON-METROLOGY and are able to cover a great number of applications in Métrologie medium or Workshop.
Of an extremely robust design around a structure out of cast iron and steel having received a specific surface treatment chrome hard, range PRIMA offers a robustness and an unequalled longevity.
the PRIMA does not require any tillage.
Specific design of axis X guaranteed an excellent guidance and an exceptional longevity even in medium of workshop.
The axis Y of strong section allows the assembly in end of axes of tools of rather important weight
Axis Z is balanced by an anti belt falls integrated into the axis thus offering a convenience and a maximum job security
The 3 axes manufactured in materials thermically compatible, receive optical networks of counting of utmost precision, networks equipped with a fixing eliminating the deformations due to the thermal stresses.
Software PCDMIS equips all range PRIMA like all range HEXAGON METROLOGY

Accuracy GUARANTEED to be within .001" throughout entire range.
Instantly read the width of chamfers and bevels on straight AND circular edges direct to .001"
Because the gage operates against independent springs, operator feel and judgement is greatly reduced or eliminated.
For straight edge measurement, no master is necessary. For curved pieces, use a part with a "zero" radius or chamfer, to set the "zero" on the gage, or use a qualified part. |

The BARCOR CHAMFER GAGE is a precision instrument designed specifically to measure the top (major) diameter of a chamfer, countersink, center drill, or tapered hole. Merely press the spring loaded, conically ground, precision 3-blade Gaging Plunger into the chamfer or countersink and instantly read the dial in .001" or .01mm/.02mm diameter increments.
The CHAMFER GAGE is a direct reading gage. No Setting, Master (Standard) or look-up chart is required. To "Zero" the gage or check the setting, press the base of the gage against any flat ground surface and adjust the dial to read the "Set To" number stamped on the back. |
|
The BARCOR Electronic CHAMFER GAGE is a precision instrument designed specifically to measure the top diameter of chamfers, countersinks, center drills, or tapered holes. Simply press the Electronic CHAMFER GAGEs spring loaded Gaging Plunger into the piece being measured and directly read the size in .0002" or .005mm with the SAME gage. Or, at the press of a button, change to Comparative Mode from a known standard.
Like BARCOR's well-known mechanical counterpart, the Electronic CHAMFER GAGE requires no Setting Master (Standard) or lookup chart. To Zero or Set the gage, just press the base against any flat ground surface and press the "on" button. Equipped with rechargeable long-life batteries, the gage may also be powered continuously through its 110 VAC adapter/battery charger or directly from a printer, PC, data collector, etc. |
