The Series 12TM boasts quality construction in a small footprint. It accommodates a wide range of case sizes to fit nearly any application. The case type used the Series 12TM is regular slotted cases (RSC). It achieves speeds up to 17 cases per minute (product and pack pattern dependent) with pick-n-place product loading. Other value added features include the industry standard Allen-Brandley 7" Plus PanelView touch screen and case sealing options.

The TC is a wraparound packaging machine for continuous wrapping of products of different shapes and types at medium speed.
Extreme flexibility, accessibility and visibility of the processing cycle, combined with very short size change times and ease of operation, allow this machine to provide an essential solution to the many and varied demands for corrugated cardboard packaging.
As well as considerable use of electronics, with the introduction of electric axes, the model's most important innovation compared to conventional wraparound machines is the large in-line carton store, in which the cartons are loaded vertically ®.
This solution greatly simplifies fill-up operations, as well as allowing a very high storage capacity in relation to the speed of use. The structure has a free-standing tubular steel frame with large sliding access panels which simplify maintenance and size changes and allow a total view of the mechanical moving parts.
Depending on the speed required there is a choice of two families: TC300 and TC450
TC series machines can be completed with film module and shrink tunnel to transform them into TC Combi series units.
- Speed: up to 45 packs per minute according to the sizes and characteristics of the product
- Shrink film thickness: from 40 up to 80 microns (combi machine)
- Film reel maximum diameter: 500 mm (combi machine)
- Film reel maximum width: 700 mm (combi machine)
- Carton magazine capacity: up to 600 according to tickness
- Max lenght of the open cardboard (L): 1200 mm
- Max width of the open cardboard (W): 650 mm
- Carton quality: one flute, tickness 3 mm (B-flute)
- Outside and inside covers in test paper from 150 to 200 g/m²
- Central flute in medium paper from 125 to 180 g/m²
- Continuous separation system (TC450)
- Large and easily accessible line-tray magazine
- Easy and quick access for product size changeovers
- Sliding operator access doors
- Brushless servomotor drives
- Short and easy maintenance operations (belt drive and oil less bearings)
- Low noise level
- Modular constructions, easy accessibility and complete visibility of the production cycle
- Touch screen control panel
- Size changeover time: 10-15 min.

The TCS series completes the TC series, inheriting all its flexibility. Their extremely small size allows this series of machines to be easily adapted to the most widely varying lay-out requirements.
The TCS series is the PRASMATIC range of packaging machines mainly intended for the dairy and beverage industries, where the need for outstanding reliability combines with the demand for a wide variety of pack types and compliance with high quality and hygiene standards.
Extreme compactness, flexibility, accessibility and visibility of the processing cycle, combined with very short size change times and ease of operation, allow this machine to provide an essential solution to the many and varied demands for corrugated cardboard and shrink-wrap packaging.
Apart from the considerable use of electronics, with the introduction of electric axes, the model's most important innovation compared to conventional wrap-around machines is the large in-line carton store, in which the cartons are loaded vertically ®.
This solution greatly simplifies fill-up operations, as well as allowing a very high storage capacity in relation to the speed of use.
The new styling and ergonomic design of the TCS series derive from PRASMATIC's many years of experience, allowing the creation of a series of machines which are extremely user-friendly while also assuring minimal maintenance costs thanks to a supporting structure which has been laser-cut throughout. Large sliding panels allow a total view of the moving mechanical parts.
TCS series machines can be completed with film module and shrink tunnel to transform them into TCS Combi series units.

This new 2-in-one design simultaneously uncases empty bottles from reshipper cases while place packing full bottles, utilizing only one machine, in one location, with no labor. This innovative machine will increase line productivity by eliminating manual uncasing and case packing; reducing bottle breakage and label damage; and ensuring a consistent bottle supply to the production line.
Here's how it works:
As the bottle transfer head lowers to the conveyor, one side of the head grips the load of filled bottles for case packing. It cycles the bottles into the waiting case, and as they are packed, the other side of the head locates the empty bottles in the adjacent case. As the bottle transfer head returns to the conveyor, it carries empty bottles to be filled.
After unpacking, the emptied case moves to the packing station where it is packed with filled bottles and transfers to case sealing. Meanwhile, the empty bottles travel by conveyor in a loop for cleaning, filling, capping and labeling- then back to the Model 360 where they are packed into the emptied cases.
The cases move in a straight line from depalletizing through unpacking and case packing, then on to top case sealing and palletizing.
