Wraptor® - Paperboard Wraparound Cartoner
R. A. Jones Wraptor machines are a family of food and beverage packaging machines that are flexible and reliable. The MP series includes a wide range of automatic multipackers, for the packing of various products in die-cut cardboard sleeves.
Being designed to offer great flexibility, the MP series allows to handle many different pack collations and provides outputs up to 300 packs per minute.
Products can be packed either in 'over the top' or in 'neck through' style.
Options to fold and form top gusseted retaining flaps are available, so that products can be better contained into the pack.
Pack formation is carried out in-line through smooth and continuous motions.In addition the hot melt sealing process ensures complete pack integrity, rigidity and stability.
At the multipacker outlet packs can be turned by 90° and divided into different rows, thanks to the RD pack turner/divider. This pack turner/divider can be installed on all machines of the MP series.
