Hartness GlobalShrink Tray Former Shrink Wrappers are consistent with Hartness "simply innovative" design philosophy. Servo motors are used only when absolutely necessary, eliminating the need for complicated controls and ensuring ease
of understanding and simplicity of operation for both maintenance personnel and operators.
An often overlooked aspect of wrapping systems is the shrink tunnel. Hartness GlobalShrink tunnels are highly insulated, comfortable to touch, and extremely quiet. GlobalShrink tunnels are custom designed to shrink your particular packages.
The result is a tight, safe to handle, good looking package. This is accomplished using less energy than many competitive wrappers, resulting in a lower long term cost of operation.
Three speed models are available — TFS 60, TFS 80, TFS 100— 60, 80, 100 Trays per minute respectively.

The Tray Loader / Former ''TR Series'' is extremely versatile, easy to operate, and highly reliable. The TR-15 is an intermittent motion shrink packaging equipment collating products into trays at about 15/min. The TR-35 and the TR-50 are continuous packaging equipment running at a speed of 35 per minutes and 50 trays per minutes respectively. Products are stabilized and controlled throughout the process. Adjustments for different tray sizes are made quickly and easily. The durable stainless steel construction provides years of service. The TR can be integrated with a Polypack shrink wrapper to provide a secure, protected package ready for distribution.

The CM series includes a wide range of automatic packaging machinery, for the packing of various products in corrugated cardbooard cases and/or in trays with or without film.
Being designed to offer great flexibility, the CM series allows to handle many different pack collations and provides outputs up to 70 packs per minute.
Products can be packed both in cardboard cases and in trays, with walls of the same height or of different heights.
Thanks to the Tlespack system it is also possible to pack products in double-layered packs.
Case or tray formation is carried out in-line through smooth and continuous motions; the wrap-around process as well as the hot melt sealing process ensure complete pack integrity, rigidity and stability. If products are packed in trays with film, the film is wrapped around the tray and overlapped at the bottom of it.
Trays eventually enter the shrinking tunnel, where the film is shrunk by a stream of hot air.

The MP series includes a wide range of automatic multipackers, for the packing of various products in die-cut cardboard sleeves.
Being designed to offer great flexibility, the MP series allows to handle many different pack collations and provides outputs up to 300 packs per minute.
Products can be packed either in 'over the top' or in 'neck through' style.
Options to fold and form top gusseted retaining flaps are available, so that products can be better contained into the pack.
Pack formation is carried out in-line through smooth and continuous motions.In addition the hot melt sealing process ensures complete pack integrity, rigidity and stability.
At the multipacker outlet packs can be turned by 90° and divided into different rows, thanks to the RD pack turner/divider. This pack turner/divider can be installed on all machines of the MP series.

TRAYBOX 007
Output: 11 trays/minute
TRAYBOX 007 is studied to insert the blister in trays. Its functions are:
1. to open the trays edges. It is took from its magazine;
2. to insert the blister in the trays;
3. to open and close the cover directly on the trays with hot-melt glue.
TRAYBOX 007 is adapted to packed the blister with base "small and big side", thanks to an automatic change format that permits an easy and quick operation.
It guarantees high productivity, little maintenance and the aesthetic of the production lines.

The flexible cuffs QuickFlex are used without the processes for powders or granulated. They allow d%u2019isoler mechanically equipment the ones compared to the others. Ex: to isolate a vibrating sifter compared to his screw from proportioning.
QuickFlex consist of:
- 2 rigid pipes to weld onto the 2 parts of the process having to receive the cuff. These pipes are equipped with patented sections, adapted to the QuickFlex cuff.
- 1 flexible pipe whose two ends are equipped with bands d%u2019acier with spring moulded in l%u2019élastomère of the cuff. The installation of the cuff is done in a very simple way, by deforming the band d%u2019acier with spring in order to l%u2019insérer in the rigid pipes. The original shape of the section ensures then a perfect sealing of the cuff.
The assembly is done without tool in less than 20 seconds. One thus eliminates the risks to be wounded with screwdrivers during tightening from the traditional collars. Moreover the sleeve is adapted perfectly to the pipe.
No zone of retention n%u2019exist enters the flexible cuff and the pipe.
The system is tight with the emissions of dust. It resists an explosion of dust.
From its design, the phenomena of shearing of the cuff by the collar are eliminated.
Various d%u2019élastomères qualities are available:
Let us quote in example a food translucent polyurethane execution allowing to control l%u2019interior of the process visually.
For l%u2019industrie mineral, flexible cuffs in Kevlar are available.
These cuffs are available in a diameter ranging between 100 and 650 Misters.
