AIRFOIL BLADED FANS
CLEAN GAS OR GAS WITH NON-ABRASIVE
AND ONLY SLIGHTLY CLOGGING DUST
Because of the aircraft wing profile shape of the blades, the fluid is discharged with
a minimum of turbulence, shocks and loss in the impeller, with as a result silent
operation, low input power and a high efficiency.
As each blade forms a box beam which can be stiffened on the inside, a airfoil
bladed impeller is mechanically very strong and allows for very high operating
speeds.
This blade is particularly well suited for wide impellers both from an aeraulic
and mechanical point of view.
This blade is generally used for clean gas but is also suitable for gas charged
with dust even if clogging, except for the C14 family.
It is not suitable for gas charged with abrasive dust.

The shape of these blades is designed so as to minimise the risks of clogging. Through its curve to the front it prevents dust sticking onto the lower side of the blade.The blade tip is very turned up or even radial for the narrow families, which among other things gives it high manometric capacity.
This blade is particularly well suited to thick anti-corrosion-resistant coatings such as ebonite.
Another advantage of this blade is its good mechanical resistance which means
that it can be used at a high temperature.
The curved shape of the flare, the inlet disc and the blades provide a good flow
of the fluid in the impeller and means that efficiency and noise levels which are
significantly better than conventional radial blades can be obtained.

The flat shape of the blades facilitates cleaning of the impeller and also its protection by wear plates.
The wear takes place in a well-defined zone (blade trailing edge against the back disc) which provides the means for effective protection of the impeller by wear plates and/or hard metal coating.
The blade's incline to the rear provides for good efficiency and low noise levels
to be obtained.

OPEN RADIAL BLADED FANS

The strictly radial blades and the absence of inlet disc on the impeller means that fibres
and shavings can pass through the fan with no risk of building up between the
impeller and the flare.
Because of its shape, the impeller can be cleaned very easily and means that
gas highly charged with clogging dust can be handled.
The absence of a inlet disc provides for stable operation whatever the
flow rate.

The K-Box ventilators are duct type ventilators used in kitchens, restaurants, bars and canteens due to their specific construction.
Isolation of electric motor area from the rotor area enables using the K-Box ventilator in extreme conditions with humidity up to 95% RH and temperature range of -15°C to +100°C.
Condensation and oily vapours do not interfere in proper operation of the ventilator and during the operation a tray under the rotor allows maintaining hygiene for all kinds of impurities.
A wide performance scope ranging from 4 100 to 15 500 m³/h allows for selecting a ventilator suiting any needs.
A modular construction of side walls made of galvanized sheets filled with a polyurethane core and an aluminium profile structure make flexible application to understand individual needs.
