The pump and driving motor are assembled as a unit on a common shaft. The transformer oil circulates through the windings thus eliminating any shaft seal and avoiding the danger of oil leakage or entry of air. The complete unit is weatherproof and can be arranged for horizontal or vertical mounting with a variety of branch positions on end suction and side outlet.
The end suction design is selected to meet specific customer duty requirements. All pumps supplied are performance tested and statically tested at 5 Bar in hot oil at 60º C for 24 hours to prove joint integrity.

MDM is a wide ranging line of chemical process pumps designed to solve the most demanding chemical handling applications. Two materials of construction and convenient mounting configurations allow MDM to handle many aggressive chemical and high purity applications.
Unexpected dry running won’t damage the pump or interrupt the process. Our new design allows the pump to handle these situations with ease. High purity process fluid will not be contaminated by trace metals due to our combination of high purity materials and meticulous construction.
High strength rare earth magnets are totally encapsulated within fluororesin moldings. Small, lightweight and perfectly concentric magnet capsules optimize pump efficiency. An expanded temperature range (up to 300°F) as well as increased solids handling capabilities (up to 10%) provides users with solutions for their difficult applications.
Installation and maintenance time are reduced with our compact, close-coupled design. Operating costs are reduced thanks to simple, modular construction and individually replaceable parts.

JP-840: Horizontal centrifugal pumps in Polypropylene and PVDF
These centrifugal pumps made of Polypropylene or PVDF are operated by a direct-drive motor (max 3000 rpm) for fast fluid transfer with flow rates ranging from 6 to 75 m3/hour. Their special open-impeller design allows pumping even with very dirty liquids having apparent viscosity up to 500 cps (at 20°C) and small suspended solids. There are two versions available with different internal mechanical seal depending on use: lip seal and mechanical seal.
The products of this manufacturer have a very good cost/ performance ratio. The pumps have standed the test of time since many years in nearly all industries worldwide.
