Series 9000P-O
Hypro centrifugal pumps handle big, high-capacity spraying jobs with ease. Use them for spraying liquid fertilizers and other chemicals, including wettable powder slurries for weed control. Make short work of other jobs - filling nurse tanks, watering seed beds, and transferring liquids.
The broad, versatile line includes models with rugged housings of polypropylene that stand up to strong chemical herbicides. Polypropylene pumps are lightweight and provide excellent resistance to corrosive chemicals.

Varisco self-priming pumps use recirculation of liquid in the pump casing to remove air from the suction line, enabling the pump to draw liquid through the suction line.
The pump suction port incorporates a check valve which retains liquid in the casing when the pump is stopped so that it will be ready to pump immediately when started up the next time. |

These pumps are suitable for transferring liquids containing impurities measuring up to 30 micron.
The hydraulic components, namely the brass scroll, the bottom in cast iron and the aluminium pump body, allow the pumps to be used with emulsions, oily substances and liquids in general as long as they are not oxidative for construction materials.
Viscosity must not exceed 3° Engler (21 CST).
They must be installed at the top of the tank and must be primed before use.
If the pump sucks in air due to lack of liquid, priming must be repeated.
To ensure a long life for the pump, never let it turn when it is dry since the mechanical seal is not self-lubricated.

| Centrifugal long-coupled sump pumps with column and pump body submerged in the pumped liquid; suction depth up to 3000 mm. Over the 2000 mm is installed an intermediary guide for the shaft additionally to the guide already present at the pump body level. The bearings are realized with ceramic Oxides and PTFE reinforced. In case of liquids with middle abrasive solids, the bearings can optionally be flushed with an external clean liquid. External different vapour seal systems to protect the upper mechanical parts from the corrosion, are optionally available . The KGS range, with maximum suction depth of mm. 800, is without guide for the shaft to favour the transport of either middle abrasive or with particles liquids. |
