The conveyors are based on an aluminium conveyor beam with low friction slide rails guiding a plastic multi-flexing chain. Products to be conveyed travel directly on the conveyor, or on pallets/carriers. Products that are handled have a weight from a few grams up to 30 kg. The chain design permits horizontal as well as vertical change of direction.

Walker Magnetics supplies magnetic units with a variety of strengths and designs which, if chosen correctly, will solve most magnetic conveying problems.
All magnets have a non magnetic base plate to enable easy assembly on your construction. The face of the magnetic units is covered in stainless steel on to the conveying medium runs directly.
All magnetic units are clearly marked with the N=North pole on one side.
To ensure trouble-free running, all North poles should be fitted mostly on the right handed side in running direction of the conveyor. The following types of standard units are the most common, but every type can be delivered in each magnet strength. |

The modular mk Flat Top Chain Conveyor System SBF-P 2254 is ideal for product handling in either stand-alone or integrated applications. Applications can be found in the packaging, manufacturing, bottling, glass, food, medical and pharmaceutical industries.
Conveyors can be manufactured quickly and economically using the various individual components. Due to their modular construction, later reconfigurations necessitated by product or production requirements can be accomplished with relatively little effort.
The system is available in two standard widths and can accept chain from a variety of suppliers. Conveyor frames are manufactured using our Profile mk 2254 which features a 10mm T-slot.
