TYPE: DN/DS
Long plug with large flange especially suitable for sealing the female part of quick connectors on brake and fuel lines. The length of the plug ensures tight internal closure. The flange protects the external surface, and makes the plug easy to remove. Most of them are with or without tabs, to match packaging and ergonomics.
Some plugs meet the requirements of SAE J2044 standard; therefore the dimension given for the diameter is not that of the plug itself but of the nominal size of the pipe for which it is suitable.

The systematic use of steel parts instead of synthetic ones in critical areas permits continuous loads up to 200 kg per meter. Reinforced conveyor profiles and stainless steel guides combined with sturdy conveyor chains open up new applications in a variety of industries.
TS 2plus Lean
Lower investment and maintenance costs, as well as fast commissioning, are the main features of the TS 2plus Lean. Its easy-to-install components are optimized for small and light products of up to 10 kilograms. * single Shaft Assemblies (SA series) are a complete pre-engineered assembly which simplifies the use of a linear bearing system in a mechanical positioning application. Each assembly has a steel shaft pre- mounted to a black anodized precision machined aluminum support. The pre- drilled base mounting holes in the 6, 12, 18, and 24 inch aluminum supports allow for easy customer mounting. The SA assemblies come in standard lengths from 6 to 192 inches and with shaft diameters from 1/2 to 2 inches.
* Twin Rail shaft assemblies are a complete pre-engineered assembly which simplifies the use of a linear bearing system in a mechanical positioning application. The two steel shafts are mounted and pre-aligned on the common base, therefore eliminating the time consuming alignment process normally required for two seperate shafts. The pre-drilled base mounting holes in the aluminum support allow for easy customer mounting. Each 6, 12, 18, & 24 inch aluminum support has two threaded holes at one end, to assist in leveling the assembly in the final mechanical structure. The TRSA assemblies come in standard lengths from 6 to 192 inches, and with shaft diameters from 1/2 to 2 inches.

Everywhere, when a sealing tape meets with specific requirements, which sufficiently correspond to an airtightness inferior to < 1,0 and when the stress condition groups according to the German industrial specification DIN 18542 are not demanded, it is recommendable to apply the VITO VDB joint sealing tape.
