The Ancra chain conveyor system is the best solution for freight on standard pallets. The chain tracks are electrically driven and take care of fast and safe movement of the pallets.
Our chain conveyor system has a low weight and is especially suitable for pallets with standard measurements.
Because the system is standardized it can be easily installed on 95% of new or used trailers, without making major adjustments to the bodywork. This is the fact for standard trailers as well as trailers equipped with a refrigerator system.
The drive unit is installed in a compact way at the front of the trailer, whereby the full original length of the trailer can be utilized. The chain conveyor systems is very interesting because it is characterized by a very fast return on investment time.
Using the Ancra chain conveyor system the loading and unloading of trucks is very easy, even if it is utilized in cold storage facilities.

Our robust, long-lasting equipment can be supplied in various lengths and widths with a standard overall height of 500 mm. This includes roller conveyors for wire-mesh boxes and pallets or overhead chain conveyors - available in various designs.
The conveyors can achieve speeds of up to 0.4 m/s. We have accessories, such as our turntable for changing direction 90°, 180° or 270°.

For every size of pallet there is a “recommended” maximum workpiece size.
However, this should only be regarded as a guide, since the size of the workpiece relative to the pallet depends above all on the material and the type of machining.

OK-VISE rotary columns are made of aluminium and they come with steel made corner clamps. They work as a trunion unit between indexer and a tail support. This new system makes efficient use of machinable area a reality, ultimately leading to savings in tool changes, less operator interventions and extended cycle times. Most important feature is a possibility to use subplates resulting to a remarkable cut down in machine stop times which is critical especially in the vertical machining centers.

Designed and manufactured in accordance with the traceability standards for the entire delivery and distribution chain. A specific version, ALcode P represents the latest evolution by ALTECH of pallet labelling machines.
The system is able to print and apply A5 format SSCC labels onto two adjacent faces of a pallet (normally front and side) in accordance with the EAN 128 standard (also on three sides if required), providing high reliability, print and apply quality, operations up to 120 pallets/hr.
This print/apply system represents a particularly interesting evolution in the field of pallet labelling machines.
