Ramsey offers a full range of stock and made to order sprockets in pitches ranging from 3/16” pitch to 2 1/4” pitch. Stock sprockets, because they are produced in large quantities, are often the most economical choice. Made to order sprockets provide an almost unlimited range of options and are a large part of our daily production.
All sprockets can be fully machined to your exact specifications or they can be supplied with an unfinished bore to allow secondary machining. Ramsey also supplies sprockets to replace most
competitors' products. We welcome all inquiries.

You can choose from the world's largest selection of high-quality, shaft-ready sprockets to solve all your application problems. In-stock hardened sprockets, a Browning specialty, are warranted to last at least twice as long as the standard (un-hardened) mild steel sprockets they replace. The result is increased chain life and reduced downtime.
Additionally, you have the industry's broadest selection of sprocket mounting choices. Sprockets are available with three types of bushings to ensure secure mounting to shaft:

Sprockets are a crucial factor in the efficiency and service life of any chain system. For this reason, we at KettenWulf focus on manufacturing our own
sprockets since chain and sprockets from one source ensure a maximum of operational hours.
Besides sprockets in all DIN/ISO/ANSI standard pitches and tooth forms, our product range includes tailored solutions with optimum tooth shapes and sprocket sizes, of course. Whether you need sprockets of high-grade materials, with special heat treatment, and additionally indiction-hardened
teeth – KettenWulf always has the right solution for you.
We provide matching sprockets for all types of chain. Besides producing sprockets with DIN standard tooth forms, our CNC machines can also be used to produce sprockets with optimized tooth shapes. Products made of high-grade materials, heat treated and with additionally induction-hardened teeth are the standard in our company.
Our production spectrum includes all sprocket designs, including sprockets with one-sided hubs and sprockets with two-sided hubs, split-type sprockets, sprockets with detachable tooth shells or tooth segments,
shear-pin sprockets, pinion sprockets, as well as sprockets with patented noise-reduction features and wheel systems. |

WM Berg manufactures a wide variety of cable chains, molded belts, sprockets and pulleys. The belts consist of polyurethane plastic molded over either a single or double stainless steel core.
The belts are lightweight, self-lubricating, come in infinite lengths, are field spliceable with a stainless steel splice.
The stainless steel constructed chain series offers long life, high tensile loads, and is available in many different pitch configurations.
Comparable pulleys and sprockets are offered in stainless steel, aluminum, or plastic in bore size ranges of 1/8" (3mm) diameter to " (12mm) diameter and are available up to 300 teeth. |

Rototron RRI
The sensor consists of a rotor vane that is rotated by the spped of the flowing medium. The speed of rotation is proportional to the volume flow per unit time. The rotation of the rotor is detektiert by a inductive sensor.
no magnet parts
large wear liberty by high-quality ceramic axle and ceramic bearings
output circuit PNP, NPN or Namur
no straight line in-out necessary
easy measurement of flow rates
inherently safe properties
modular construction with the most versatile connection systems
connections can be plugged and rotated |

Titan manufacture flowmeters based on the Pelton wheel technique. This well proven method is the ideal way of measuring low rates of flow of low viscosity liquids. Advantages are wide flow range, good linearity and repeatability, with a compact, low-cost design. The unit can be built totally from engineering plastics, with no metallic parts in contact with the fluid monitored.
The 800, 900 and 1000 series flowmeters can measure flows from 0.05L/min to 30 L/min, or are available as simple flow switches, to alarm on flow failure, low or high flow. End connections are typically BSPF threads or hose barbs, other connections can be supplied.

Litre Meter developed the Pelton wheel principle as the best to achieve accurate measurements of low flows.
A single turbine ring size is common to all Litre Meter flowmeters. The turbine rotor is based on a highly efficient 'Pelton Wheel' design. It is available in various chemically resistant materials such as PFA (Teflon)and PVDF. The rotor ferrites are sealed to make them non-wetted parts. Sapphire bearings are offered for maximum chemical resistance as standard. These provide a very low friction mechanically-robust bearing with long life characteristics.
The rotation of the rotor is sensed by an electronic system using the interaction of ferrites in the rotor tips with a pickup coil. No drag is imposed on the rotor which assists in the measurement of extremely low flows. This, coupled with the efficient Pelton Wheel design and low friction bearings gives the meter major advantages. The complete turbine ring assembly can be easily removed with the meter remaining in line if cleaning is required.
