Nickel-Plated Chain
Diamond Chain produces a full line of Nickel-Plated roller chains for a variety of uses in environments where the chains are exposed to moisture. Common uses include applications exposed to the weather, high humidity or those on machines that are frequently washed down with water. Diamond Nickel-Plated chain is different from many rust-resistant chains, because Diamond electroless nickel plates all of the components before assembly, virtually eliminating the possibility of stress-corrosion cracking. Pre-assembly plating also ensures all components are plated, which prevents internal rust from seeping out and causing contamination.

These chains are built in accordance with ANSI B29.24 and are dimensionally identical to Standard Series Drive chains, but also incorporate pins produced from medium carbon alloy steel, through-hardened, to give the chains higher working load capacity and additional resistance to fatigue.
Additionally, these chains are produced with solid rollers for increased performance when loading is high, but speeds are slow. Users of these chains should be aware that wear life may be slightly reduced due to the material and heat treatment of the chain pins.

Standard Pin Oven Chain:
Our Standard Pin Oven chain begins its life as 3⁄4" pitch ANSI chain but that's where the "standard" part ends. We improve this chain?s ability to perform in the harshest of environments by providing the components with the same superior qualities as our industrial drive chains such as: raw material selection and closely controlled heat treatment. Then we incorporate some additional clearances to accommodate the high temperatures of the drying ovens and allow more access for lubricant to enter the critical pin/bushing joint

Accumulation conveyors are used to control the flow of unit-loads. They can be controlled mechanically or electrically, can be contacting or non-contacting, and can provide low-pressure or zero-pressure accumulation. Typical applications are to create/manage material buffers before downstream handling or prepare loads on multiple conveyors prior to metering or inducting into a sortation system. The application of the conveyor equipment best suited to the task ensures it is used to its peak capabilities.

In partnership with Accalon of Sweden, we offer a full range of pallet conveyor systems. Conveyor systems are the highways of warehouses and distribution centers, allowing continuous material flow and a universal interface to all kinds of material handling equipment and manual operations. If designed to peak requirements, variations in the flow can be handled easily and efficienty.
Our range of pallet conveyor products is based on a modular design, securing the benefits of economy in manufacturing and simplicity in installation. We can fulfill all the conveying and handling requirements of your system - a full range of powered roller and chain conveyors is available, along with other conveyor products such as shuttle cars, pallet dispensers, turntables, profile guages and vertical conveyors.
Complete range of pallet conveyor:
Chain conveyors, straight linked duplex chains for minimal wear of load carrier
Chain conveyors with 2 strands or multiple strands to suit the load
Roller conveyors, pitch, width and rollers to suit load requirement and throughput
Gravity conveyors, including stop and separation units
Transfer units, chain/roller, roller/chain, or chain/chain
Turntables with roller or chain conveyor
Pallet/salve board dispenser
Vertical conveyors, single or multiple loads
Shuttle cars, single or multiple loads - high speed version
Roller conveyor, chain converyor or fork shuttle
Profile gauges - high throughput version
Intelligent pallet control - checks the pallet and, if unsatisfactory, automatically dispenses and places a slave pallet/board under the bad pallet

Diamond Wire Drawing Die Blanks
¡ª¡ªSelf-Supported and Tungsten Carbide Supported Blanks for Wire Drawing Applications.
¡¡¡¡Diamond/PCD wire drawing die blanks from DMD Company have the advantages of longer service life. While drawing metal wires, they embody higher surface finish and brightness.
¡¡¡¡Our diamond wire drawing die blanks are polycrystalline diamond (PCD) products made under ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure, they are suitable for high-speed drawing of nonferrous wires such as bronze, aluminum, nickel, stainless steel and other alloy wires.
¡¡¡¡Our diamond wire drawing die blanks have three series: XYH Series,XYR and XYY Series. In each series, there are 4 grain sizes available to choose from based on the application of wire drawing: 3 micron, 5 micron, 10 micron, and 25 micron.
¡¡¡¡XYH and XYR Series diamond wire drawing die blanks contains self-supported PCD die blanks which include the Hexagonal type and the Round type in various sizes. These blanks are suitable for all types of wire drawing applications especially where cost-cutting is required.
¡¡¡¡XYY Series diamond wire drawing die blanks includes tungsten carbide supported PCD die blanks in round shape of various sizes. These products have a polycrystalline diamond core integrally bonded to a tungsten carbide support ring which in turn enhances the strength of the die blanks. These features allow the products stronger ability to withstand wire drawing with high intensity.

Changing the traditional architecture of warehouse and distribution software, DiamondWare Warehouse Execution Software (WES)™ 3.0 optimizes labor and equipment to achieve higher productivity, reduced capital expense and improved return on investment.
WES™ synchronizes order fulfillment, material handling systems, and shipping systems, bringing many traditional execution level functions into one application. This simplifies overall software integration and reduces IT costs by requiring only one interface to interact with the entire system. In addition, because orders continuously flow through the system, overall equipment costs are significantly reduced and the traditional "waves" seen in most systems are eliminated.
The WES™ includes 5 optional modules: Work Planning, Order Processing, Material Flow, Shipping, and the Management Support Suite.
Work Planning
Work Planning verifies the availability of inventory and labor to fulfill orders and releases orders to fulfillment areas in a manner that ensures the highest possible productivity. This module includes several components, such as replenishment, slotting, waveless release, and manpower planning.
Order Processing
Order Processing is the host interface to which orders are downloaded. Orders are then directly executed by the various fulfillment modules or they proceed through the waveless release process. This module manages all types of paperless and automated picking technologies and includes order routing and cubing.
Material Flow
Material Flow handles sortation control, zone routing, and buffer management.

Sortation systems are used when a fairly high flow of cases, totes or pieces need to flow to different destinations. Destinations may be conveyors assigned to individual truck docks, truck routes, customer orders or other order consolidation assignments. There are several sortation technologies used to accomplish these tasks.
Many operations require sort rates less than 30 items per minute. Tote systems, smaller case distribution operations, service parts centers and many other operations require cost effective low rate sortation technologies.
Diverter Arms. The most cost effective sortation devices available are diverter arms. Some are shaped like “baseball bats” and come across the conveyor to deflect products at an angle, 30° typically, onto a different conveyor. Other diverters are curved to divert to product onto a take away conveyor at 90° while maintaining product orientation. Diverter arms can be manually activated, or they can be controlled automatically with scanning technology.
Right Angle Transfers. A right angle transfer operates by engaging the bottom of a unit-load, lifting it off the transportation conveyor and transferring it onto another conveyor at a 90° angle. Transfers mechanisms can be chain transfers or belt transfers. Typical rates achieved are 8 – 20 sorts per minute depending on the size and stability of the product.

POWER CURVE® Chain:
This chain is manufactured using a pin which is both smaller in diameter and slightly longer than its Standard Series version. This design allows for extra clearance between both the pin and the bushing and in overall chain width as well
Plastic Film Feeder Chain:
These special chains are designed for thermoforming applications and unusual conveying applications such as creating polystyrene plates, shrink wrap, blister packs and many other plastic items. The chain features precise, pointed link plates combined with extended pins or straight attachments (for additional rigidity in operation) which make them ideal for conveying plastic film into thermoforming operations. Three models are available for your conveying needs
