With the SOCO DEF series for long lengths, it is possible to simultaneously chamfer both ends of a tube, with up to 7500 mm in working length.
With an optional BTM (Bundle Magazine), the machines may offer a completely automatic loading, feeding and chamfering process. This range is suitable for cleanly and evenly chamfering both ends of the tube, as well as chamfering the inside, outside and face of the material.

CON-O precision contour burning and beveling machines produce elliptical cuts and bevels in pipes and cylinders.
The CON-O automatically follows symmetrical surfaces to produce smooth, accurate cuts and bevels. It is portable and easily taken to the work. The CON-O locates from a center-punch mark and is set to a radius mark. Powerful permanent magnets stabilize the machine (two outrigger support kits are supplied with the CON-3 and CON-4, four outrigger support kits are supplied with the CON-5.

The BUG-O Portable Plate Beveling Machine, PBM 2000, is a machining tool that allows anyone to produce perfect bevels everytime. The machine is easily adjusted to cut any bevel angle between 30 to 60 degrees and has a maximum cutting depth of 3/4" (20mm). The PBM-2000 uses a powerful 1-1/2 horsepower motor with a dual milling head that has 12 indexable cermetalic professional inserts which increase metal removal. With its specially designed professional handle, low noise, low vibration and a weight of 42 pounds the PBM-2000 is extremely ergonomic. Machine frame in welded construction, in one only piece, answers with safety and without vibrations to the most difficult conditions of work.
The overdimensioned suppliers of spindle supported over ball-bearings, being one swinging and mounted in a side professional door for the easy replacement of professional saws, is driven by V-belts.
The feed is assured by five rollers of great diameter all motorized and supported over stanch bearing manufacturer. The feed variation is continuous and assured by the hydraulic system.
The adjustment in width of the saws and the adjustment in height of upper rollers to fit the exigencies of each operation is easily and quickly done through a handle placed near the operator. These movements are also achieved by the hydraulic system of the machine.
The machine is supplied with an idle rollers infeed table of 2m as well as 2 industrial lasers.
