With 1 to 4 line channels and electrical isolation between the measuring circuits, the LINAX 4000L can be used for all standard measurement signals.
The instrument is permanently configured for the desired measuring task at a reasonable price prior to shipment. The recorder can be used in aggressive environments thanks to its rugged housing with metal or plastic door (IP 54).
The LINAX 4000L records zero-frequency quantities, DC 0 / 4...20 mA or 0...10 V, with an accuracy of 0.5%, and is thus suited for use with precision physical or electrical measuring transducers. Measurement values can be archived on 32 m recording charts or 16 m fanfold charts with a chart speed of up to 600 mm per hour.

The use of the ink jet printing technology makes of the industrial Microjet recorder an unique and revolutionary device at present on the market. The silicon chip, already used in the manufacture of FCX transmitters, has been used by Fuji Electric in the design of this new printing system. The industrial recorders PHE, PHC (100 mm) and PHA (180 mm) allow continuous recording of 1, 2, 3, 6, 12 or 24 channels in 6 colours with an unprecedented quality and speed. Thanks to the small number of moving parts, this new technology reduces in a important way the number and the cost of the various maintenance operations, which were necessary for the traditional pen printing.
The ink jet head is based on a silicon chip. In printing mode, it is not in contact with the paper; this avoids any friction and allows a stable and accurate recording.

Astro-Med data recording systems combine the best of old and new technology. They present and store your data in any format you want - traditional paper, real-time color display, internal hard drive, or all three! With these powerful systems, you can print your data in real-time on a continuous strip chart output. If real-time chart output is not critical, these systems let you capture data to hard drive and print it out in strip chart format or to the viewing screen, or both after the fact. Even better, attach your own USB or network printer and page print your data in full color!

Mink antistatic brushes (ABL) – Reliable protection against electrostatic charge
Static electricity is generated when surfaces rub against one another or are suddenly separated after being in close contact. This phenomenon is frequently observed as an annoying tendency of charged components to “stick together”. In some situations sparks are produced, possibly triggering explosions. Costly interruptions of production can result, but Mink antistatic brushes can provide a reliable means of prevention. That’s because Mink antistatic brushes consist of an aluminium body with carbon fibre or ultra-fine stainless steel wire bristles. Electrostatic charge is safely passed from the tips of the conductive bristles to the metal brush body. Charge is dissipated in a carefully controlled manner, preventing high voltages from building up.
Advantages:
• Greater safety in processes involving films, textiles and paper
• Prevention of interruptions in production
• Protection of people and products
|
|
|
We offer antistatic brushes with carbon fibre or stainless steel yarn. In an independent test, KULLEN antistatic brushes were compared with the products of three other manufacturers. The results for us - outstanding! We were the only manufacturer to receive this assessment in all categories. The test included conductivity and dimensional stability. For example, KULLEN antistatic brushes used in laser printers exhibited no wear even after 400.000 pages. Yet further proof of our superb quality.
