The conveyor Turbo Magnetic is specially designed for Multi-tasking machines producing fine chips of ferrous material. The Turbo Magnetic features a heavy gauge stainless steel slider face for a long life in extreme wear conditions. All moving parts are contained inside the conveyor’s viton sealed frame so they are never exposed to machining contaminates. The conveyor belt is automatically tensioned.
Self-lubricated Track
No lubrication oil inside the conveyor to leak and contaminate the coolant.
Reduced Coolant Carry-out
A variable speed drive (AC Inverter) is standard on all units to maximize chip removal and minimize coolant loss.
Easily-Replaceable Magnets
Turbo components, including individual magnet segments, are easily and economically replaced if the conveyor is accidentally damaged.

Magnetic conveyor M
Areas of application
Transportation of short ferromagnetic, emulsion-afflicted shavings and small parts, e.g. stampings. Installation possible as individual conveyor or interlinked system.
Function
A continuous magnetic band conveyor, consisting of two chain strands which have been connected by means of carrying strips and permanent magnets, continuously conveys the material to be conveyed on the conveyor plate to the discharge station. Pre-cleaning of the cooling lubricant without additional cleaning elements. The magnetic band drive occurs via a three-phase geared motor. The magnetic band has been installed self-tight eningly.

Pneumatic cylinders are typically made of aluminum, so sensors can indicate end-of-stroke from outside the tube. A magnet installed internally on the piston during manufacturing allows an external magnetic field sensor to detect the motion of the piston. The magnetic sensor can be placed anywhere along the length of the cylinder to read end-of-stroke.
|
|
|
Magnetic field sensors are activated by magnetic fields and are especially suited for piston position detection in pneumatic cylinders. Based on the fact that magnetic fields can permeate non-magnetizable metals, it is possible to detect a permanent magnet attached to the piston through the aluminium wall of the cylinder. Magnetic-inductive permaprox sensors from TURCK operate on a patented function principle. Thus they are capable of reliably detecting permanent magnets of various field strengths on all common cylinder types. They operate completely wear-free and are short-circuit protected; a weld-field immune version for welding applications is also available.

Linear Hall Sensors
All products of our linear hall family measure the vertical component of a magnetic field. The output signal is directly proportional to the sensed magnetic field.
Based on these principles, our TLE499x family of linear Hall ICs has been designed specifically to meet the requirements of highly accurate angular and linear position measurement, as well as current measurement applications.
The TLE499x product family comprises the linear Hall sensors TLE4990 and TLE4997 with analog output as well as the TLE4998 with three different digital output options. The TLE4998 interface options include Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), Single Edge Nibble Transmission (SENT) and Short PWM Codes (SPC). TLE4997 sensor provides unique temperature compensation which is further enhanced in the new TLE4998 sensor by unique compensation of stress over lifetime.
GMR-Based Angle Sensor
The TLE 5011 is a 360° angle sensor, which detects the orientation of a magnetic field. This is achieved by measuring sine and cosine angle components of a magnetic field with monolithic integrated Giant Magneto Resistance elements (iGMR). Data communication is accomplished via a bi-directional Synchronous Serial Communication (SSC) Interface that is SPI compatible.

Measuring technology
Present day requirements in demagnetization also demand modified solutions when it comes to the application of measuring techniques for residual magnetism.
The zero-Gauss chamber
For the measuring under conditions which are almost free of any earth magnetism. This permits a global quality assurance even in the face of the present day requirements concerning residual magnetism.
The magnetic field viewer
This permits the viewing of very weak magnetic fields, which may occur in residual magnetism.
The measuring instrument for residual magnetism M-Test LR
The precise measuring of residual magnetism in ferrousmagnetic components and parts.
The magnetic field measuring device M-Test Mk4
The precise measuring of magnetic fields.
The pole-tester and the flux detector
The pole-tester enables the determination of the north pole as well as the south pole when magnets are mounted or assembled.
The flux detector renders the demarcations of the poles visible.

Static Testing & Measuring
Instrumentation to measure static electricity can be as simple as handheld fieldmeters or sophisticated as ongoing process control tools and monitors that are computer interfaced to store static readings over periods of time. For example, as a process control tool, the static probes could monitor static in explosive rated environment to know when static is reaching dangerous level that may cause explosions or fires. For the Electronics Industry, where low levels of static can destroy or degrade a device, instrumentation such as voltmeters will aid in evaluating the process and material choices allowable in proximity to the process.
