ZERO SECOND CHANGE OVER TIME
This bar feeder has been designed bearing in mind the requisites of silent running, reliability, solidity and rapid change over time.
The KAYENNE is able to pass from a maximum to a minimum bar diameter within very shot time with no need for keys simply by selecting the bar diameter on the PLC.
Thanks to this simple operation the bar feeder automatically sets the guide channel, the bar storage adjustment and the pusher thrust within the space of just 1 minute and 20 seconds.
The rear extraction collet features a quick-connect mechanism requiring a rapid 30 second change over time. |

RECORD
This bar feeder has been designed on all Swiss type machines. The front chuck, as well as the bar storage, are automatically controlled by simply digiting the relevant diameter on the PLC.
The upper guides, which do not need to be replaced, can be regulated manually, while the lower guides feature a quick change system allowing for reduced change over times.
Remnants are extracted by means of a self-centring ejector.
The maximum extractable remnant length is 500mm.
The bar feeder is equipped with a mechanical system for Swiss machine synchronisation. |

FULLY AUTOMATED
The Magic bar feeder has been designed for machining bars with diameters of between 8 and 110mm, with a maximum length of 1600 and a minimum length of 200 mm.
The MAGIC self-adjusts to the bar diameter selected on the PLC.
The maximum workable lenght of the bar is equal to the lathe spindle lenght. |
