WhizIn, another revolutionizing patented product developed by WhizCut, is designed to improve productivity of internal applications. It has been specially developed for small diameters in internal turning applications, and is unlike anything else on the market.
The WhizIn tool holder has the carbide bar mounted at an angle to achieve the maximum stability for a set diameter. By grinding away less from the base of the insert, the insert becomes more stable. Other benefits are less grinding time and grinding stress and that the coolant may go through the tool holder and spray directly on to the cutting zone.

ProNC2 is the last generation of part programming and management created by VERNET BEHRINGER Company. It is developed for 32 bits environment like Microsoft„µ Windows„µ 9x, 2000 and Xp and uses SQL databases.
ProNc32 is used for manual programming through a column per face mode and a graphic mode. The Import/Export function with the most current format file (D.S.T.V, APROMAV.DAT, *.PNF, *.CAM,¡K) makes easier the data exchanges between computers which have a software enabled to read the same format file.
The configuration of the databases in Client/Server allows a full sharing of the data and a better production following.
Data contained in ProNC2 software is transmitted towards the PLC driving the machine trough the machine driver which has either a RS232 type PC Serial link, either a software link, makes it possible to visualize at all times the state of the machine using a default table, making maintenance more efficient.

The PFAD Plus configuration program permits swift selection of a complete drive package - consisting of three-phase motor, frequency converter, and other components such as line reactor, line filter, brake unit, etc. A menu-driven configuration with explanation of the inputs through an extensive help system makes handling easy and provides optimum results. Displaying various curves such as the motor limit curve together with the necessary motor torque values simplifies optimization and shows the reserves. Once a drive has been configured, the system perturbations can also be calculated. The beginner can call various typical configurations including the associated task definitions. Of course, PFAD Plus provides a comprehensive documentation that contains all input values, calculation results, curves, and a parts and ordering list. Flexure guided piezo stage positioners are used in a variety of applications from semiconductor manufacturing to precision machining.
PI introduced the first line of piezoelectric actuators more than 35 years ago. The technology's unique features such as: responsiveness; stiffness; life time and infinite resolution, have opened many markets since then, from semiconductor testing to precision machining. Typical piezo tools for precision machining are equipped with special waterproof casings which also provide the mechanical interface to the tooling machine and the tool servo.

piezosystem jen's new nano-positioning stages of the series nanoX work in a bidirectional active manner. Hence, these elements are well equipped for fast dynamic applications combined with an excellent guiding accuracy even at high mass loads.
What does this mean? Due to the inability of the smca (stacked multilayer ceramic actuator) to generate pull forces, state-of-the-art piezoelectric driven nanopositioning actuators show different kinds of behavior depending on the sense of direction of their stroke. Hence, the resulting forces in the push direction are determined by the high force generation of the actively controlled scma. The pull force is determined by the weak spring reset force of the passive acting flexure hinges. Both result in a push/pull-force ratio of up to 10. The dynamical performance, load capacity and robustness of the whole nanopositioning assembly are limited by the behavior of the weaker sense of direction.
Psj's new sophisticated gear design operates in a bidirectional active manner which reduces the push/pull-force ratio to up to approx. 1:1 (without affecting the trajectory). Both stroke vectors of the nanopositioning stage are controlled by the high pressure force generation of the smca's.
