No influence on setting length if the pressure of coaling liquid is equal to or less than 70 bar.
Most of the torque caused by the threading will be taken up by the square in the bottom. The hydraulic will take up the axial force.

Series KSN
The tap holders of our KSN series are designed especially for use in CNC machining centers, CNC turning machines and other machine tools. The tap holders type KSN/Softsynchro are mainly used in CNC machines with synchronous spindles, due to their special constructional design. Owing to the very different requirements a tap holder has to meet, the KSN series can be divided into the following six types:
KSN for conventional thread cutting, marked with a yellow ring on the shell.
KSN/IKZ(Z)/MMS for thread cutting operations with internal coolant supply and minimum quantity lubrication (MMS) up to 10 bar (140 psi), marked with a green ring on the shell.
KSN/HD for thread cutting operations with internal coolant supply up to 50 bar (700 psi); marked with a red ring on the shell.
KSN/ICS for thread cutting with control of the thread cutting cycle.
KSN/Synchro for thread cutting on machines with a synchronous control system, for tap clamping with steel collets.
KSN/Softsynchro By installing a minimum length compensation on compression and on tension, small pitch differences between spindle and tap which would lead to high friction forces on the thread flank are compensated. An eventual increase of axial force during the thread cutting cycle is reduced to a minimum.

HLT3500 is a high-power, Class IV CO2 laser with a rated output power of 3500W and a maximum of 4kW. The laser radiation has a wavelength of 10.6mm and as such is invisible to the human eye. To facilitate alignment with external mirrors, a visible Class IIIA green laser diode pointer is standard and pre-aligned with the main beam. The visible beam is only present with closed shutter, and hence no accidents can occur since the main beam is always blocked when the pilot beam is visible.

The HLT8000 is in a design phase and will be optimised for maximum power. It has a single-layer, larger-bore resonator. It will be suited for high-speed, deep-penetration (keyhole) welding, cladding and laser surface treatment.

The HLT6000 is currently running reliability tests. It has a rated output power of 6kW and a maximum of 7200W. Due to its long, slim resonator it produces a low-order, high quality beam suitable for sheet and plate cutting. Attached to a high-dynamics machine, it can be used to exploit the advantages of increased processing speed in sheet metal. Alternatively, it can be interfaced to a large-area plate cutting machine.

The HLT4500 is an industrial high power CO2 laser with an output power of 4500W and has integrated the best mode for sheet and plate cutting. Gas consumption is low as 20Nl/h and has a footprint of only 1600x1600x1600mm³. The Laserex laser fume extractors can be connected to existing machinery using custom or standard extraction manifolds. The fume extractor can be linked to a line control circuit so that it starts and stops with the main machinery.

The Geovent GFB filter is the complete filter solution, when the extracted air has to be cleaned. The GFB filter has a fully automated, pneumatic filter cleaning system, which cleans the polluted air with up to 99.97%.
The filter can find use in many situations, but will primarily be used within industries, where polluted air from processes such as welding, plasma / laser cutting, grinding, powder enamelling, etc. needs to be filtrated.
The filter is suitable for airflows of up to 7,200 m³/h depending on the particle load. If the need for a lager capacity should arise, several filters can be connected in parallel.
As standard, the filter is delivered in fully galvanized execution with an automated, pneumatic cleaning system, collection bucket, filter control - and furthermore, it is now affordable to do something about the environment...
