- Modular connecting element (hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical)
- Hydraulic, double acting connecting element
- Hydraulic, single acting connecting element
Coupling elements to clamp and simultaneously centre workholding elements designed as a quick change system to shorten the set-up times.
o Referenced clamping of jigs and fixtures provided by repeatedly accurate placement at the "zero-point".
o For machining workpieces in several working steps on different machines.
In addition to the maximum of flexibility provided by Halder Zero-point Clamping Systems the way the system is designed (with the peg of the base element mounted pointing upwards and the connecting ring integrated on the jig) guarantees a high degree of production reliability, continuous accuracy, and soiling of the reference point is avoided.

Table and pallets
Every possibilities for clamping and machining of your workpieces
- Hydrostatic guideways for large heavy duty tables
- High positional accuracy
- High stiffness
- Double protection for V axis for large tables
|
|
From small to large
For every size of pallet there is a “recommended” maximum workpiece size.
However, this should only be regarded as a guide, since the size of the workpiece relative to the pallet depends above all on the material and the type of machining.

The conventional vice comes in two widths 96 mm / 3.77 inch and 125 mm / 4.92 inch providing a wide application of clamping in your production. Clamping force accounts to 0,1 to 3 tons accomplished by a fine threaded spindle for precise and safe clamping of the work piece - very easy and fast! New!

OK-VISE rotary columns are made of aluminium and they come with steel made corner clamps. They work as a trunion unit between indexer and a tail support. This new system makes efficient use of machinable area a reality, ultimately leading to savings in tool changes, less operator interventions and extended cycle times. Most important feature is a possibility to use subplates resulting to a remarkable cut down in machine stop times which is critical especially in the vertical machining centers.
Parts fixturing probably represents the best value in today´s metalworking technology, if you calculate the cost of a CNC machine tool, the cutting tools, tool-holders and tool-changer with both the programming and the design software and compare these investments to the cost of your workholding equipment. Fixturing normally costs only a fraction of the amount the others cost. Yet, the potential for time savings and process improvements offered by a good fixturing solution are substantial.

Clamping bars, wedge clamp, hollow piston cylinder, spring clamping cylinder, double-T clamping bars, extending clamp, wedge swing clamp, pivot and pull clamp and other hydraulic clamping elements – adaptive/stationary.
Hydraulic clamping elements which are installed in a fixed position, e.g. on the press or machine bed. Compact and well-proved clamping elements with maximum clamping forces in various designs.
Special adaptations and customers’ specific requests such as increased clamping force, enlarged clamping stroke or design as a double-acting clamping element are possible .
Applications:
- on press beds and rams
- for clamping and locking on machines and equipment
The element is manually positioned against the die clamping edge. Clamping is carried out by activating the piston and unclamping by spring power.
Using the T-bolt, the die is clamped against the clamping surface of the press slide or the press bed.

The duogrip is a dual clamp with a third-hand function. Without the need for time-consuming change-overs it can be changed into a simple- or a multiple clamping unit while with a conversion kit it can be changed into a centralising vice. It is very suitable for the manufacture of families of parts because the short conversion operations enormously reduce the non-productive machine time.
