ecopos – Drilling machine vice
Protected against drag spin and lift
Secured at the pivot point of the guide rail, ecopos, together with the work piece can be swivelled and slid to any position
Without risk of accident
No injuries, no work accidents, no consequential costs – a firm grip on accident protection, in spite of maximum speed and freedom of movement.
On each machine table
ecopos – set up everywhere thanks to guide rail or patented positioning clamps.
Unique worldwide
Secured at the pivot point of the guide rail, ecopos, together with the work piece can be swivelled and slid to any position within a working area of 120 x 150mm. Secure and protected against drag spin and lift. |
|
- modular clamping and positioning system for machining centres and flexible production systems.
- the vice is only horizontally applicable.
- preselectable and reproducible clamping force enable repeatability of the workpiece position with a deviation less than 0.01 mm. |

gripos – The sprinter among the NC quick-action vices
Record-setting rapid-action clamping
Unique and patented clampingaction with mechanical force amplification. Secure clamping
with only one lever movement of max. 160°.
In middle of the machine table
Compact, no cranking, no bevel drive. Hence free positioning, even in the middle of the machine table.
Quick dismantling
Only a few components. Quickly adjusted, positioned, dismantled and cleaned.
Modular and flexible
The modularity of gripos allows a conversion into various versions and solves almost every clamping task. |

grefors – Mechanically spans with feeling
Continuous sensitive clamping
Precise pre-setting of the clamping force. Easy but forceful clamping.
Fast, sure and comfortable
Only one crank turn. No loss of force due to the mechanical self locking. Simple handling.
Ideal for tool shops and mechanical engineering
grefors vices with force amplifier securely holds the work piece in place. |
|
grefix – Rapid and flexible reaction
World-wide first clamping system
with «Click-in». The movable jaw can be quickly repositioned.
The new concept of grefix offers further advantages, for example: Tie rods.
The clamping forces affect optimally the work piece and not on the vice body.
Fixed jaw on the side of the user
Contrary to common vices, the fixed jaw is always on the side of the user. |
|
- high quality vice with mechanichal spindle for use on conventional and CNC machines
- great variability and flexibility
- clamping range preselection through quick adjustment
- the vice is only horizontally applicable |
|
multigrip – Multiple clamping with the multigrip system
Innovative Clamping System simply different.
• Vertical index-dovetailing with protection against damage
• Smooth work-piece support
• Simple maintenance
• Highest processing safety
Applications
• Multiple clamping
• Single piece clamping of large parts
• Clamping of large plates
• Package clamping
• Mirrored clamping
Minimise the setting-up time
Optimal use of the machine capacity due to multi-clamping with a new type of jaw positioning.
Security during high feed rates
Safe work-piece clamping with the stable block vice and its ideal force transfer and efficient press-down effect. |

centros2 – The multitallented – self-centring vice
One clamping device for almost all work pieces
Whether it is conventional clamping, small contact area 5-sided machining, pre-machined, cast, saw cut blanks, plates or any other workpiece, centros2 allows you to quickly adjust the clamping to hold your part.
The difference lies in the details
In addition to convenience and precision, centros2 also offers a sophisticated and ingenious system with interchangeable jaw sets. Standard jaws with integrated «pull-down» effect simply «click-into» position with no need for screws.
Modular design
The refined and future-orientated design of centros2 allows combinations of high jaws for 5-axis machines, a new revolving jaw or a universal plate to be used at any time. |

centrinos – Self-centring vice for small parts
Modular Structure
Despite of its compact length of only 170 mm, centrinos provides a large clamping range. Work-pieces and parts ranging in size from 0 – 152 mm can be held with clamping forces up to 20 kN with a torque of only 65Nm. centrinos can be used to clamp raw materials or as a precision vice with an accuracy to within 0.02 mm.
The standard version can be enhanced by the addition of raised 5-axis basic jaws for optimum access and with the appropriate attachment jaws.
Fully covered
Due to its specially developed slide geometry with guideways of 150 mm length, centrinos is the first truly covered self-centring vice. Malfunction due to dirt and chips belong to the past.
Operation from both sides
The design of the centrinos allows it to be operated from either side.
Base integrated directly into palette
The unique new design enables centrinos to be integrated directly into exchange palettes, such as EROWA or System 3R, without the need for a base plate. This is not only advantageous in terms of saving weight and costs, but also reduces the height of the unit and thereby increasing its stability. |

Hardinge Collet Blocks grip round, hex, square or odd-shaped parts and can be used horizontally or vertically on mill tables, flat or angled fixture plates, tombstones or rotary trunnions. Sizes are available from the 1C micro medical machining industry up to the 35J mid-range automotive and aerospace industries. Modular collets blocks are compact with a low profile for increased axis travel and for maximum layout of the workspace. A collet can provide certain advantages over a jaw chuck, vise and other clamping methods.
There are some advantages of using Collet Blocks instead of a standard vise or 3-jaw chuck. A collet automatically centers the workpiece for reduced setup time. Centers remain fixed when the fixture is removed from the machine table. A collet provides equal gripping pressure around the circumference of the part unlike a standard vise or a 3-point contact jaw chuck. Thin-wall parts or delicate materials may crush or distort in a standard vise or jaw chuck. Collets ordered with serrations can add additional gripping power to prevent push-back and radial slipping. Extended-nose collets can provide additional tool clearance. Some collet blocks accept expanding collets to grip a part at the internal diameter. Collet blocks are modular for arranging on a pallet for multiple part processing and quick pallet changeover.
