Witte modular fixturing systems are used to build all kinds of fixtures i.e. holding fixtures, measuring fixtures or jigs, checking gauges, gap and flush gauges, cubings, meisterbocks, blue bucks, match metal fixtures, tool reference models, data control models etc. etc. The dimensions and accuracy of various types of profile enable rigid configurations in any type and dimension.
We offer complete fixtures and attend our customers from planning through approval process to after sales service. Design is done in CAD by our staff, who are experienced in following our customer’s special requirements. Manufacturing, assembly and measuring is taken care of almost entirely in-house by our experienced staff coordinated by our project managers.
Modular fixturing systems enable fast realization of projects from plan to product. Further time and cost advantages are possible if modifications to finished fixtures are necessary because work pieces change.

OK-VISE rotary columns are made of aluminium and they come with steel made corner clamps. They work as a trunion unit between indexer and a tail support. This new system makes efficient use of machinable area a reality, ultimately leading to savings in tool changes, less operator interventions and extended cycle times. The duogrip is a dual clamp with a third-hand function. The Multiflex series vises are a total new concept of modular clamping system able to maximize the machine table capacity and increase its productivity (reduced dead times).
This system is designated for clamping several workpieces at the same time on the machine tool table, thus reducing tool changeover times.

3 possibilities of monitoring:
- Pneumatic monitoring:
Function of blowing out by compressed air for the cleanliness of support surfaces. After the installation of the pallet of workpieces, it occurs in the pressure line a dynamic pressure, of which this one could be detected by the mean of a pressure sensor.
- Electric monitoring:
Direct position monitoring of the clamping piston in the Zeropoint Quickclamping cylinder by the mean of an inductive sensor. Electric signal when the Zeropoint Quickclamping cylinder is clamped. Small height necessary for the assembling like for the Zeropoint Quickclamping cylinders K5 (19,8 mm) and K40 (42 mm).
- Hydraulic monitoring:
Monitoring of the clamping piston by a hydraulic closure valve. Dynamic pressure when the Zeropoint Quickclamping cylinder is opened, which can be detected by mean of a pressure sensor. Free hydr. flow when the Zeropoint Quickclamping cylinder is closed. Despite a hydraulic sensor, only small height for assembling is necessary.
