Easy conversion
gripos-H can be quickly be converted from a mechanical into a hydraulic vice by removing the mechanical cassette and replacing it with a hydraulic cylinder.

High efficient workholding solution for 5 axis machines. Optimised accessibility of tooling to the workpiece. Standard tooling can be used in order to reduce tooling costs. This revolutionary vice allows a sure maintenance of the part while preserving an extreme accessibility. It allows the optimum use of the machine and the tools ideal cutting conditions for a machining of part of precision under 5 different axes without difficulty.
Its single design of tightening, directly under the part, allows an effective tightening on a 8 mm height without deformation of the bits up to 42 kN.
The new technology of tightening without slides prevents the vibrations and gets a very great rigidity with the unit. The vice is adaptable to any type of plate machine. The opening of the bits of 235mm max in standard version can be wide by the addition of pins extensions. Thanks to its system of mobile spacers, the height of tightening can be regulated until 250mm of the table machine.
