Clean Room Molding
SAT’s molding division produces high quality UHP components utilizing specially designed molding machines in clean room. We use only certified raw materials and electrically control production quality.
All molding machine components are manufactured to ensure high purity during production. SAT’s UHP components undergo a contamination control process that foresees immediate packaging in heat-sealed double polyethylene bags. The UHP components are then stocked in clean room.

Our competence in cleanroom technology is best proved by our ILKAclean wall system. These self-supporting monobloc systems consist of an insulating core and fixed surface-coated metal top layers on both sides.
The accuracy to size and measurements expected by our partners is guaranteed through continuous and meticulous precision in manufacturing as well as through big modular dimensions to reduce joints. To make sure that the smooth surfaces are sealed and meet cleanroom requirements, joint finishings of only 3–4mm are permitted.
The tried and tested tongue-and-groove joints guarantee a swift and clean assembly also with the cleanroom systems. Special corner- , U- and cross-profiles allow a variety of uses and open up unique options for the shaping of rooms/interior design.
We pay special attention to the internal structure of our cleanroom systems. Separate installation channels as well as foamed-in sockets and empty pipes facilitate a clean layout of all media cables and supply lines. We use either polyurethane or mineral wool as insulation materials.

The professional clean room appliance
By its compact and self-contained seamless construction in stainless steel (V2A) the EFA-SRT-CR (Clean Room)is best positioned for the use in clean room areas and air locks. This door has been designed to meet the high standards for clean rooms and is the ideal solution for separating rooms with a pressure gradient. In contrast to conventional doors this appliance has an extreme narrow and dense side guidance of the curtain which results in very low air leakage of less than 100 m3/h at 150 Pa delta air pressure.

Interlock control system
A plug-in modular system for linking up to 10 doors, or up to 10 groups of doors to create an interlock system.
No complicated control system required as dependencies are set on site with DIP-switches at each control module. The system allows for easy expansion.
Quite often one of the requirements of clean-room technology or laboratories is, that certain doors may only be opened ifothers are closed. The DICTATOR interlock control system is the idealsolution to link units of up to 10 doors.
The dependencies between different doors are programmed directly in the
respective control modules on each door using a very easy adjustable matrix control system. This is done with DIP-switches representing the different doors. The dependences / linksnbetween the doors can also be changed on site at a later stage, not requiring any special programming
know-how. The interlock control terminal is provided with a potentialfree make-break contact. This permits e.g. to pass on the information on each door to a central control system.
The DICTATOR interlock control system is a modular system and therefore
extremely flexible and easy to adapt to different sizes of door units and
requirements.

Air purification in clean rooms can result in pressure differences of up to 50 pascal. The fully transparent curtain in this clean room door is tightly integrated in the special guide rails, minimising air losses (leakages). This enables an optimum design for ventilation systems. Stainless steel cladding on the shaft and operator, as well as a welded-on spring steel stabilisation, are further characteristics of this door.
