Available in sizes as small as .024" diameters, these brushes are available in stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, nylon and abrasive nylon. These brushes are ideal for micro burr removal, internal cleaning, removal of small imperfections and surface preparation.

These brushes are varied for many different uses: not only for cleaning of tubes, gratings, sleeves and cylinders. Industrial batch fabrication requires individual adapted tools, what we offer with our Interior Brushes. The diameter of these brushes can be matched on 1/10 millimetre exact. Interior Brushes are available with a variety of different filling materials.
The micro-abrasive brushes on the left side are used for deburring cross drillings and cleaning heatings. Through our know-how and equipment we are able to offer attractive proposition for manufacturers of boilers.

Manual or power use cleaning can be accomplished with precision and ease on metallic and non-metallic surfaces. Miniature and Micro-Miniature brushes for ultra-fine cross hole deburring, cleaning, blending and polishing of small diameter holes.

Tube brushes are made in carbon steel, stainless steel, nylon, brass or natural filaments. Usually cut for power, they are ideal for cleaning applications to remove chips, oil, dirt, rust and corrosion from inside holes. The brushes are designed for both thru hole or closed hole applications and can have a ring handle or plastic handle added for hand applications.
