Mink roller brushes (BW) - Individually configured roller brushes with shafts
Mink roller brushes differ from other Mink round brushes by virtue of their integrated shafts. Owing to the wide-ranging demands made on these brushes, especially in terms of shaft dimensions, there is no advantage in maintaining a stock range. Nevertheless, with our extensive experience in this area we are able to configure special brushes for you very quickly. On account of its extraordinary versatility the Mink Zick-Zack-System can frequently serve as the basis for a reliable solution.
Your advantage:
• Individual configurations for special purposes

The Chevron secondary belt cleaner uses the speed and force of the belt rolling over our patented rubber disks. The unique rotary fingers are forced against the base of the chevrons to dislodge material from the belt.
- Sweeping Action - of each disk cleans in front of and behind each and every chevron.
- Easy Maintenance - no motors, air nozzles, or other problematic equipment to maintain.
- Works Great - in the pulp and paper, fertilizer, potash, and other bulk material industries where chevron style belts are heavily used.
- Solid or Notched - 8” (200mm) diameter abrasion resistant rubber disks are available depending on the height of the chevrons and the conveyor belt speed.

Flexco Chevron Belt Cleaner takes a new approach to cleaning chevron, cleated, and raised rib belts. Hundreds of rubber fingers create a rotary cleaning action that easily flicks carryback off the belt. And without the typical clogging and rapid wear problems associated with brush-type cleaners. Now there is a better solution for wet sand belts, wood chip belts and other raised top or grooved belts.

The modular principle underlying our one-way system of trapezoidal toothed roller brushes provides for fast, low cost changes of brushes. They can be installed and similarly removed by a simple hand operation. The teeth lock securely (and in a non-twist manner); as a result, a gap-free bristle surface is assured. Precise true running is guaranteed at all times. The DT system consists of brush segments which are mounted to the brush core with two locking collars. Due to the special modular principle on which they are based, worn individual segments on a roller brush can be replaced

The Very Low Iron Metal Separator (R-INOX) has a drum of high remanence with highly powerful magnets that can separate iron metal from light iron metal (similar to stainless steel) and from the inert.
The Very Low Iron Metal Separator (R-INOX)is built with a hard metallic structure. It supports two drums and the belt conveyor, which passes over a stainless steel table to have a totally plane surface. This belt is always centered by an automatic centering system.
Outgoing drum is a magnetic drum. This drum is made of Neodimium's high powerfull magnets, assembled into studied configuration, giving a very strong magnetic field. This allows to separate very low iron material from others. It also will separate small iron metals that they were not able to be separated by other equipments.

Magnetic drum TM model.
The magnetic drum TM substitutes the drive drum of the conveyor belt, separating ferric metals from any other inert , loose product. When it reaches the end of the belt, the material conveyed falls but the ferric metals are retainded by the drum, falling in a different direction to the purified material.

When material passes over the pulley, ferrous metal objects are attracted by the magnetic field and held tightly as the belt travels around the pulley are not released until they leave the influence of the magnet. Non-magnetic materials follow a normal trajectory. A divider plate can be installed to ensure that no remixing occurs. Standard diameters range from 6" to 36," and standard widths range from 10" to 62." Shaft size depends on length and weight

STEINERT Magnetic Head Pulleys attract tramp iron from these bulk materials in the same space as the normal conveyor belt head pulley. This avoids extensive reconstruction of your plant. Magnetic Head Pulleys protect your valuable processing equipment from damage by tramp iron that drum or suspension magnets miss buried in the burden.
STEINERT Magnetic pulleys are usually operated after the extraction of larger iron parts by other magnetic separators. Magnetic pulleys with strong neodymium type magnets can reclaim small, low magnetic particles - partially stainless - from the bulk materials.

Cascade magnet systems are used in situations where ferrous particles have to be removed thoroughly from large quantities of raw materials. Cascade systems are available in manual and automatic models and are strongly built with a 4 mm thick stainless steel or steel housing. Bakker Magnetics cascade systems have a wide range of uses and are easy to incorporate in existing systems. A valve box is built in to the cascade systems to remove the ferrous particles that have been collected. Once the valve box has been opened, the magnets can be turned away and the ferrous particles will then drop out of the system via the side exit. Both manual and pneumatic versions are available in all models. With the pneumatic versions, a push of a button is sufficient to remove all the ferrous particles collected in the valve box chamber. Optionally, this type can be supplied with an electrically operated valve. All the components of the pneumatic system conform to the ISO and CETOP standards. As an option, the automatic versions can be fitted with a pressure tank which enables the system to stay in service when the supply of air pressure is lost. If required, all models can be fitted with inspection windows and/or manganese steel wear plates.

One main application for the High Gradient Magnetic Separator HGS is the processing of minerals such as heavy mineral sands, glass sand, ceramic raw materials, salt, slag, fine coal and other fine ores that contain feebly or paramagnetic particles that need to be separated. Leading edge technology is required to meet these duties of separation for either the removal of impurities or the recovery of valuable minerals. The Steinert HGS provides the performance for these critical separation applications, the high magnetic field gradient and the reliable design. The HGS is a high intensity magnetic separator with a modular design consisting of either single or multiple stages to suit the separation of the material.
Each stage or module consists of a short belt conveyor to transport the material continuously to the magnetic pulley of the HGS which generates a high magnetic field gradient and a magnetic field strengths of up to 20,000 Gauss. The open design of the Steinert HGS allows the processing of particles from 10 mm to less than 1 mm in size.

General description
Coolant, containing ferritic perticles, is pumped into the magnetic separator where the coolant is then passed over rotating magnetic rollers. The ferritic particles then attach themselves to the rollers. As they accumulate the particles are eventually srapped off rollers and residuals coolant is allowed to drain back into the filter system. Drained particles are deposited into an optional sludge container.
