The new regulations about the emission of chlorinated solvent have taken to develop these new CK vacuum machines serie that works with hydrocarbon solvent without any problem of external emission.
These solvents are biodegradable and nontoxic for aquatic life. They have no harmful effect on the ozone layer they have a low vapour pressure. The disposal of distillation waste is qualified as special waste and not as toxic/harmful.
The system is formed in monobloc by a single horizontal cylindrical cleaning chamber with a longitudinal axis rotary structure located on the inside , 1 or 2 solvent’s tank and one vacuum solvent’s distiller. The rotary structure, inside the cleaning chamber, has a frontal disc with an aperture to allow baskets loading and unloading, and it is usually supported as an overhang by its own transmission shaft. The rotary movement is transferred to the structure by means of a motorised transfer box which is powered by a shaft connected to the structure by the rear disc. The machine allow the following operative choices:
• without rotation
• basculating
• slow rotation
• mixed rotation
On the machine there is olso a vacuum solvent distiller that have 2 main functions:
• Allows to have a closed circuit equipment
• Allows to clean or rinse with fresh solvent

Ceever "Robot" plants are composed by different basins, one or more automatic transport trolley for the movement of the basket and a covering gallery that avoid any diffusion of fumes. The great success of this plants is due to its versatility, but also to its great productivity and reliability. It’s also recognized as eco-friendly.
It’s possible to adapt our plants to several kind of treatments cycles and also to adapt very different kind of automatic loading and unloading system to its. Robot series is suitable for polishing, galvanic treatments, phosphatizing and burnishing.
Another important feature is the "random system" that allows to choose for every basked its own treatment program, that’s mean the opportunity to doesn’t work by lot. This system allows a great versatility in the use of the plant.

Sprymaster plants are washing booths provided with fixed or rotating internal platform for spray washing with a water-based detergent.
Operation is clean, odourless and fully isolated from the surrounding environment. The spraying chamber is closed by a front door driven by one or two pneumatic cylinder(s) or a motor reducer and racks. The ducts of the spraying nozzle network are oriented in the washing chamber.
The jet configuration has been arranged in such a way as to cover the surface of the items being treated through a procedure which includes chemical, mechanical and thermal functions.

Work pieces with a complex geometry such as blind holes and undercuts are generally cleaned using immersion procedures. In contrast to spray cleaning, which takes place mostly using watery cleaners, immersion cleaning is also carried out with solvents.
When the work piece is immersed in the cleaning bath, the adhering contaminants are removed primarily through the chemical cleaning effects of the medium employed. To increase the effect, the goods can be turned or slewed in the bath. Depending on the application, the cleaning action can also be supplemented through the use of ultrasound or injection flood washing.

This compact spray cleaning and drying system with process validation has been developed for various industries (medical, precision, electronics, watch making, ophthalmology etc.) and is available with one or two doors.
|
|
The machine with booth is recommended for the inter-operational washing of various details if high standards of cleaning are not required.
Generally the pieces are placed in baskets and then introduced into the work chamber, where washing is by spraying, followed by drying. In some cases (typically before and after the thermal treatments), there may be several stages (for example: spray washing washing by dipping rinsing).
Loading and unloading can easily be automated.

Spray cleaning is usually performed using an aqueous cleaning medium, typically an alkaline cleaner. The medium is sprayed onto the surface to be cleaned through nozzles at high pressure – with standard cleaning the working pressure is generally around 6 to 8 bar, with targeted cleaning between 20 and 25 bar. Soiling is then partially removed or emulsified by the chemical effect of the medium and partially sprayed off by the high kinetic energy of the jet.

Mac-Dry solvent systems perform the washing cycle inside a sealed chamber, into which one or most baskets have been previously introduced containing the parts to be treated. When the cycle is started, once the door has been closed, a first pre-washing bath is performed lasting 1 minute, in hot solvent (temperature between 45°C and 80 °C depending on the type of solvent and type of pollutant), sprayed by means of high-pressure jets directly on the parts. The solvent of this first bath, which now contains 90% of the contaminants in solution, is then conveyed to the distiller incorporated in the system, which fully regenerates the liquid for subsequent re-utilisation.
|
|
Features:
Durable heavy duty construction
Platform moves rapidly up and down through the cleaning solution using short, medium, or long strokes
Eliminates the need for guide bearings and rollers immersed in process solutions
Cantilevered agitation platform design, supported from outside the tank, greatly reduces maintenance and provides for easy lubrication
Easy loading, unloading or inspection regardless of load size or weight platform design
Heating alternatives include gas, steam or electric
Four standard sizes available

The TunnelSonics parts washers are a continuous conveyorized in-line flow Neptune Radial systems. The TunnelSonics products are is ideal for applications such as In-line continuous product cleaning of small parts from:
- screw machines
- stamping operations
- lapping and similar operations
- machine parts
- part assemblies
- fasteners
- springs
- header operations
Where continuous product flow is preferred, the In-Line system can clean, rinse and dry at speeds up to 20 feet per minute in mild aqueous solutions.
Cleaning is achieved by passing the product through exclusive Power Sonics RADIAL 360° transducers. Cavitation levels are 10 times, or more, as great at the same power input as conventional flat type transducers. Floor space is optimized since systems are generally integrally mounted on their own bedplate, also simplifying installation.
