PSM 708
The PSM 408, PSM 508 and PSM 708 models are synergic power sources with electronic technology. The dynamics of these systems have been carefully studied for MIG/MAG continuous wire welding on carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium, in both Short-Arc and Spray-Arc mode.
The models PSM 408-508-708 are provided with complete functions for Mig/Mag welding in manual and synergic mode, and guarantee optimal welding dynamics. The SCR electronic technology with digital control provides accurate linear regulation of the welding current voltage, permitting easy parameter regulation even at a distance.
Optimal starts (Hot-Start Mig Soft-Start and Burn-Back) and above all safety and dependability in all operating conditions.
The SYNERGIC control panel with numerous programs stored, makes these power sources extremely simple to use and suitable also for non-expert personnel. The Auto-Setting device allows the power source to automatically compensate for mains voltage variations, maintaining welding arc stability. The current and arc voltage values are shown on the digital display and at switch-off the last welding condition is stored.
The synergy permits automatic optimal setting of all the parameters, with extreme simplicity. All you have to do is determine, according to the type of material/gas used and the wire thickness, the ideal program in the table of synergic curves and then set the value of one of the following parameters: material thickness, welding current, wire speed.

The AC-225C is a stick welding power source with continuous output control from 40-225 amps. The AC-225C produces an extremely smooth welding arc, at any amperage setting, for most welding application. SIMCO Chargemaster systems are excellently suited for temporarily bonding materials; adhesion between the material surfaces is brought about by generating an electrostatic charge. As a result, production processes can often be simplified and accelerated. A system consists of a DC highvoltage generator and one or several charging electrodes. The generator generates the high voltage for the high voltage points in the electrodes. The high voltage points produce ions to charge the materials, which then adhere to each other or to other surfaces electrostatically. Highfrequency switching technology is used in the generators. This technology ensures a consistent output voltage at a preset value, until overloading. The generators are electronically current limited and protected from spark-over. Features of the modern design include the control panel, which has membrane switches and rotates through 180°.

The Meech Model 992v3 30kV Static Generator creates a controlled level of static charge to impart temporary bonding between materials, at least one of which is insulative. The 992v3 provides a high voltage output adjustable over the range 0-30kV or a constant current that can be adjusted between 0 and 500µA. The selected output voltage or current is shown on a digital display. The adjustability of the output voltage and current enables the unit to be used in a multitude of applications and with a variety of materials. The 992v3 is used in conjunction with the Model 993R sparkfree generator bar (refer to separate datasheet) and is available in either negative or positive output polarity versions.
