Ultrasonic cleaning is faster, more consistent, and safer than any other method. Hand scrubbing, soaking, or steam don't even come close. The Bransonic® table top cleaners now include the same high power, rugged transducers found on industrial systems sold to the automotive, electronics, and metalworking industries. These Langevin-type metal/ceramic devices use engineered ceramics to assure both durability and superior power. Coupled with a new sweep frequency capability, you get the best possible cleaning every time, all the time.
Rugged enough for industry
Consistent enough to meet medical and laboratory standards
Safe enough for delicate electronic parts and precious jewelry

The Turbo-Action Series from Graymills is the perfect solution for hands-off, immersion cleaning
required for challenging parts cleaning applications. Turbo-Action total immersion parts cleaners convert
the jet stream from Graymills Superflo pumps into powerful, hands-off fluid action that gets parts cleaner
without manual handling or scrubbing. Unlike spray cabinet type cleaners that employ spray nozzles,
total immersion cleaners bring cleaning action to every external and internal surface-even blind holes.
Turbo-Action units scour and flush parts clean and are offered in both solvent and heated aqueous
versions with pumps that provide up to 10,000 GPH. The heated aqueous units come standard with
energy-savings insulation and corrosion-resistant insulated stainless steel-lined lids.

ULTRASONIC CLEANING BATHS
Pulsatron KC and MKC ultrasonic baths provide safe, fast and effective cleaning in a fraction of the time required by hand cleaning. Lightly soiled items such as jewellery may take only seconds, while medium soil is normally removed in two minutes or so.
Items benefiting include jewellery, clock and watch parts, optical lenses and frames, dental and surgical instruments, printed circuit boards, and manufactured parts in production or maintenance.
KC baths have a simple on/off switch for the ultrasonics.
Microprocessor controlled MKC baths, available in capacities of
6, 14 and 22 litres (approx), allow the user to pre-set exact cleaning times (up to 99.9 mins) and temperatures (from 20 to 80°C), thus ensuring the same high level of cleanliness every time.

INDUSTRIAL CLEANING TANKS
Pulsatron KS ultrasonic cleaning tanks are robustly constructed using AISI 316L polished stainless steel for durability, while Kerry Pulsatron ultrasonic generators ensure powerful parts cleaning and long equipment life. Typical uses include:
* Production cleaning - removal of oils, swarf, polishing compound, brazing flux, solder flux, carbonised deposits, moulding residues
* Refurbishment of computer, photocopier and engine components
* Maintenance of mould tools, extrusion dies, printing components, surgical instruments, electronics assembly system parts, and small machine components
KS tanks are microprocessor controlled for precision and repeatability. Sonics may be set in 6 second increments up to 99 minutes, and solution temperature may be set in the range 20 - 80°C in 1°C increments.
Standard KS systems operate at 38 kHz (±10%); however, optional
Neptune generator control allows switchable dual frequency
(35/70 kHz ±10%), variable power control and programmable operation of up to seven programs.

Our Immersion Type Ultrasonic Cleaning System (Ultrasonic Transducer + Power Generator) provide versatile ways to add ultrasonics to new or existing tankage in a variety of industrial settings. Each group of transducers comes with the power generator. Still, it offers all the power and effectiveness of ultrasonic cleaning in a more convenient way.
|
|
Power Sonics has several exclusive individual portable ultrasonic generators to significantly improve quality, reliability and performance of ultrasonic cleaning equipment and power our line of transducers.
GM Generator is a completely redesigned generator featuring IGBT technology and has a unique load compensating circuit that is particularly effective in gaseous solutions. A replaceable and cleanable filter is included over the air-cooling fan. The GM replaces the GL generator and provides the same improved cavitation and uniformity under less than ideal operating conditions. These generators power both the Type IP immersible transducers and the CT Type tanks (Transducerized Console Tanks).
