The NASTROPACK line is the ideal solution to tape-seal automatically standard- or random-size carton boxes. Manual or automatic adjustments allow the setting of the machine to the required box size. GEM XF62 HS was designed to meet the highest demands, always aiming

new range of Comarme machines. GEM XF62 HS, an automatic machine
for closure and sealing with adhesive tape of boxes with variable format,
carries out a series of operations which make it flexible for every use.
The boxes, coming from several filling lines, are conveyed into a single
closure station. The machine closes the four upper flaps of the boxes,
adapting to the various sizes of the incoming boxes and then spacing them,
each process performed automatically.
The boxes are later sealed with adhesive tape, thus completing the work cycle.

GEM350/360 is especially suitable for sealing tall, narrow boxes as four belts, two upper and two lower ,horizontal and parallel to the work surface, are used for conveying.
GEM 350/360 can also be used for irregularly shaped boxes. The use of a single motor for driving the four conveyor belts simultaneously is totally innovative and patented, allowing smooth and even feeding of the boxes.
The speed of the upper and lower belts is in fact the same in mechanical terms. The upper taping unit has a patented system which, by regulating a spring, enables the subsequent weight on the box to be preset and therefore any differences in height of the boxes to be absorbed. Adjustment by means of handwheels is easy and fast, enabling use by non-specialist operatives.

The TSC-090 seals and closes top-loaded tri-seal paperboard cartons and is ideally suited for applications in the food, bakery, pharmaceutical, and frozen item markets. It features an innovative in-line closing process that closes the top lid and major and minor flaps after gluing, while maintaining the carton in a single forward motion. Many conventional tri-seal carton closers mechanically turn the carton during the closing process, creating the potential for errors and misalignment. By eliminating the turning process, the TSC-090 reduces the threat of malfunction and associated downtime.
The TSC-090 closer is capable of speeds of up to 90 cartons per minute and handles a broad range of carton sizes. Continuous positive carton control throughout the closing process ensures accurate closing to minimize downtime. The machine features integrated feeding belts for smooth operation.
