VORTEX® IRIS VALVE
The patented Vortex® Iris Valve is designed specifically to handle dry bulk solids in gravity discharge of free-flowing material from bins, bulk bags, chutes, and hoppers.
Traditional iris valves rely on plastic components to actuate the valve that can easily break during use. The Vortex® Iris Valve is designed with stainless steel control rings and metal trigger locks and handles to eliminate these problems, enabling you to meet your objectives by increasing production, while decreasing labor and equipment costs.

The PORTA BAG is a device which allows six bags filled with the sample and the diluent to be held in a vertical position without the fear of spilling the contents.
The tray which holds the pincers and these themselves are made of stainless steel.

Bagging machines of the Form Fill and Seal type manufacture the bag either from a plastic tubular film with a gusset (FFS) or from a flat film (VFFS).
A range of metering-weighing devices installed upstream prepares the doses before filling (net weight).

The pallet stretch hooding machine enables the protection and stabilisation of palletized loads by the application of an elastic hood on 5 sides.
The hood is manufactured from a polyethylene tubular film with a gusset. It is cut to the length corresponding to the measured height of the pallet.
The hood is mechanically stretched to then be released over the load.
This method of hood application is particularly important because it does not use any heat source (the hood is not shrunk) and at a clearly lower operating cost than that of shrink wrapping.
