Introduction OMVE Asepto-Fill®
The OMVE Asepto-Fill FS range enables small scale production to produce packaged samples aseptically, at a fraction of the cost and time compared to industrial aseptic filling systems.
The OMVE Asepto-Fill includes all equipment and a detailed step-by-step methodology to assist the operators in filling sterilised containers. The process is overseen by a PLC (programmable logic controller) and operated by a touch-screen interface. This not only guides the operator through the vital cleaning and sterilisation activities, but also ensures that positive responses are obtained at each stage of the process, ensuring the effectiveness of the aseptic filling operation.
Since many of the operations are under manual control, the OMVE Asepto-Fill is ideal for R&D departments and pilot plants applications. This unique equipment is flexible in operation, easy to use and assures the highest hygienic conditions during operation.

The use of SFW/WP pressurised breather cap which create a pressure plenum chamber right above the oil level within tested limit conditions, in order to avoid any reservoir deformation, offers the following advantages:
- reduces reservoir air volume intake keeping clean oil and filter
- improves suction pump action during working conditions reducing cavitation phenomenon
- prevents fluid leakage when the system is part of a mobile unit
- reduces foam in fluid.

The 1010 is a powerful and intelligent loading system designed to manage the loading of petroleums and chemicals onto road tankers, rail cars and barges. The 1010 offers the advantages of a robust explosion proof enclosure and large display.
The rugged keyboard incorporating Hall Effect push buttons is extremely reliable in harsh conditions and can be easily operated with a gloved hand. A single 1010 is able to simultaneously control loading on up to 4 arms, with totals, flow rates, preset values and operator messages displayed on the backlite LCD display. An integrated Touch Key reader on the front facia provides a reliable and secure method to identify drivers and trucks without the need for additional card readers at the loading gantry.

GTG offers good thermal conductivity (1 to 7 W/m.k) and a high softness (10 to 65 Shore 00). This material conforms to surface irregularities under low application pressures to fill air gaps between components and the heat source.
