Predictive maintenance software
The OneProd XPR software allows improving the reliability of rotating machines by offering tools for efficient monitoring and reliable diagnosis. OneProd XPR is based on vibration analysis and offers the unique capability of integrating vibration, electrical, oil analysis and thermographic monitoring.
Its broad capabilities for automatic and multitechnique analysis allow for the relevant monitoring of the machine status and the visual display of all points and parameters at a glance.
Its ergonomic and advanced analysis and graphic representation tools offer the power and reliability required to achieve robust diagnosis using, e.g., the integration of vibration and electrical analyses.
OneProd XPR processes the vibration and electrical measurements of the Online OneProd MVX monitoring system and the vibration measurements of the OneProd-MVP data collector. Condmaster®Nova is a comprehensive condition monitoring and predictive maintenance program. Condmaster®Nova supports Leonova®Infinity and communicates with all SPM handheld data logging instruments and online systems for continuous condition monitoring.
Condmaster®Nova is available for single users and for networks (Windows compatible). It works under Windows NT, 2000, XP and uses SQL Server 2000 as data base handler, included on the installation disks.
Condmaster®Nova contains the expert knowledge needed to evaluate machine condition: a complete bearing catalogue, lubricant data, bearing life calculation, the SPM evaluation rules, the ISO limit values, the mathematical models for spectrum analysis and fault symptom detection, and much more.
Condmaster®Nova has network capability, data import and export functions, and full system security with four different access levels. You can administrate all maintenance activities, set up time schedules and measuring rounds, input work descriptions, and generate machine fault statistics. The program contains more than 40 report formats to sort and print out your data base. It automatically generates an alarm list and has extensive graphics functions for easy trend analysis.
