| The long cavity length provides an inherent power and wavelength stability advantage over many of today’s CO2 laser solutions. Synrad’s Evolution series, available in 100, 125, 200 and 240 watts, excel in such applications as “Kiss-Cutting” of multi-layer material, semiconductor wafer processing, and thin-film welding. |
|
Synrad’s original “all-metal” tube technology opened the door for sealed CO2 lasers in many industrial applications. After 20 years, it remains the industry standard for performance, reliability, long lifetime and low cost. The laser tube is a rigid box structure design that provides an ultra-stable platform for the laser resonator. Synrad’s
48-series tubes are mounted into an H-shaped heat sink extrusion that also serves as the chassis for the drive electronics. This guarantees that the laser will withstand the harsh requirements of modern industrial environments. |

| Maximum power and performance from an air-cooled CO2 laser is the drive behind our firestar t-series technology. Synrad’s firestar t-series lasers are built on technology using a patented hybrid-unstable resonator design. This creates a compact laser with excellent beam quality that can be focused to the smallest achievable spot size, delivering the maximum possible power density on a work surface. The result is faster processing speeds, higher resolution and optimized quality for cutting, marking and engraving applications. |
|
| Based on a waveguide design, Synrad’s v-series resonator technology guarantees a circular beam (typical M2 <1.1) in both the near field and far field. This near-perfect beam can be focused to the smallest achievable spot size, thereby creating the maximum possible power density on a work surface. This results in faster processing speeds and higher resolution for cutting or engraving applications. |

| The HLT6000 is currently running reliability tests. It has a rated output power of 6kW and a maximum of 7200W. Due to its long, slim resonator it produces a low-order, high quality beam suitable for sheet and plate cutting. Attached to a high-dynamics machine, it can be used to exploit the advantages of increased processing speed in sheet metal. Alternatively, it can be interfaced to a large-area plate cutting machine. |
|
| The HLT8000 is in a design phase and will be optimised for maximum power. It has a single-layer, larger-bore resonator. It will be suited for high-speed, deep-penetration (keyhole) welding, cladding and laser surface treatment. |

| ROFINs well proven high-power CO2 lasers are always a good choice: whether cutting paper or welding gear wheels; the high availability, low service requirements, and excellent beam quality make ROFIN lasers an essential tool in any production environment. |

HLT3500 is a high-power, Class IV CO2 laser with a rated output power of 3500W and a maximum of 4kW. The laser radiation has a wavelength of 10.6mm and as such is invisible to the human eye. To facilitate alignment with external mirrors, a visible Class IIIA green laser diode pointer is standard and pre-aligned with the main beam. The visible beam is only present with closed shutter, and hence no accidents can occur since the main beam is always blocked when the pilot beam is visible.

The HLT4500 is an industrial high power CO2 laser with an output power of 4500W and has integrated the best mode for sheet and plate cutting. Gas consumption is low as 20Nl/h and has a footprint of only 1600x1600x1600mm³. The laser is controlled by a Siemens controller equipped with standard teleservice via internet, is designed for ease of maintenance, the laser is standard delivered with integrated beam shaping optics for matching to the resonator and the application. This laser is the ideal source to be integrated on an excisting or a new laser machine or as stand alone unit for all kind of laser applications.
On top this laser equiped with highest standards for optical and electrical standards is economically low priced and has a world-wide after sales service back-up. |
