hotset presents a wide product spectrum of hotspring® coil heaters:
- Starting with WRP / Micro up to WRP / Maxi with different lenghts and diameters.
- Brass-coil heaters or coil heaters with clamping mechanism as heating elements for different applications.
- Heating systems such as the hotcast® sealed heater (GMH) or the hotcone® heated nozzle (BMD).
- Special products such as hotslot® and hotslight®.
- As well as a wide spectrum of applications.
hotset was already in 1980 one idea ahead as they presented the first round coil heater (type WRP Ø 3.3). Since then further innovations have been made: WRP / Mini, flat and square coil heater (WRP / F resp. WRP / Q), WRP / Maxi as well as WRP / Micro.
This innovation as well as the humidity-resistant coil heaters according to I.P. 65 (WRP Ø 3.3 - WRP / F 2.2 x 4.2 – WRP / Q 3.0 x 3.0) emphasize the consequente alignment to new challenges.

Terminal air heater
"Drawer-type" heaters, which are designed to be installed directly in an opening made in the duct, are built around stored elements. They are bent upon request and can be delivered in small series in a week.
For ducts diameter from 100 to 630 mm and rated from 500 W to 36 kW, the terminal heaters for circular ducts are assembled using elements kept in stock. They may be delivered in small series within 48 hours.
A series of self-controlled circular terminal heaters was developed to satisfy the desire of users for precise temperature control in each room. They can be controlled by electronic thermostats or remote industrial controllers. Many safety accessories are optionally available.

Fluxtrol concentrator manufacturing and application technique plays a very important role in successful performance of induction coils. With respect to Fluxtrol concentrator application - magnetic, thermal and mechanical aspects must be considered. Additionally, the electrical strength of our concentrator must be considered or insulation provided.
This section is intended to provide methods for safety, handling and machining FLUXTROL® & FERROTRON® concentrator materials when applying the product to induction coils.
