Dynapac's double drum asphalt roller range features everything from the most compact equipment for repair jobs to large machines for the biggest sites. Vibration dampened platforms, swivel seats for better visibility, logically sorted controls and Roll Over Protective Structures (ROPS) all contribute to the maneuverability, operator ergonomics and safety.

The combi-versions are equipped with four rubber tyres at the rear instead of a drum. The rubber wheels are driven in pairs by separate propulsion motors, thus minimising the risk of damaging newly laid asphalt compound when making sharp turns. The rubber wheels ensure a denser and smoother surface on the asphalt, a feature that is sometimes required.

Duplex rollers are suitable for compacting thin layers on granular soils and asphalt. They are mostly used for small jobs, repair work and compaction in confined areas.

|
The static rollers play a vital part in our complete product mix. Many countries specify pneumatic tyred rollers to seal compaction surfaces, especially on runways. We offer several pneumatic tyred rollers with varying numbers of wheels and ballast possibilities to meet all requirements. The CS142 is a modern, articulated static three-drum roller with the same static linear load and drum diameter on all drums. The machine is suitable for medium-size and large-size applications. It is ideal for use in areas where the ground should not be vibrated, such as in areas close to old buildings and on bridges.

Dynapac rammers are suitable for applications on both granular and cohesive soils, where strict requirements are imposed for compaction in confined areas, trenches and repair work.

Dynapac's range of small and medium-size vibratory rollers are used to compact all types of soil with the exception of rockfill. The rollers are suitable for most types of road construction, airfields, dam construction, harbour projects and industrial constructions. Heavy-size vibratory rollers are used for a very wide range of applications. The thickness and grade of the drum's steel are adapted for compacting rockfill, although vibratory rollers are also known for their excellent performance on other types of fill. A special version with a padfoot drum (PD) is available for compacting cohesive soils.

Forward Soil Plates
Dynapac offers a comprehensive range of forward soil plates that are specially designed for compacting granular soils. They are ideal and most economical for small repair and maintenance work. Forward plates are also a compliment to rollers that may not be able to operate effectively in confined spaces.
Forward Asphalt Plates
Dynapac offers a comprehensive range of forward asphalt plates that are specially designed for compacting asphalt. They are ideal and most economical for small repair and maintenance work, such as driveways, pathways and parking lots. Forward asphalt plates are also a compliment to asphalt rollers that may not be able to operate effectively in confined spaces.
Forward & Reversible Plates
The range of forward and reverse plates are an economical alternative or compliment to a roller. These allround machines are specially designed to compact soil in confined areas, such as in trenches and parking lots, among other areas. Forward and reverse plates are also suitable for special applications, such as block paving. Forward & Reversible plates are also a compliment to rollers that may not be able to operate effectively in confined spaces.

Dynapac drew on its experience from the early days of modern cold planer construction to meet the latest requirements for the new Dynapac large planers. These machines are capable of removing asphalt and concrete across a profiling width of 2010/2100 mm at a maximum cutting depth of 320 mm. Hydrostatically driven by four steered track drives, practical standard equipment and a range of options combined to make your planer one of the most capable in the latest generation of cold planers.

The new Dynapac PL500T and PL500TD are powerful, highly manoeuvrable, hydraulically powered compact planer with hydraulically driven cutting drum. The three wheel drive unit (optional 4-wheel drive) has been developed for removing asphalt or concrete pavements, cutting around man hole covers and road maintenance jobs at a cutting depth of up to max 2000 mm and a working width of 500 mm.
The Dynapac 3-wheel Planer PL350S is offered with standard front wheel drive unit (optional all wheel drive). These planers have been developed for removing asphalt pavements up to a cutting depth of 100 mm at 350 mm cutting width. Due to the high manoeuvrability, the small planers are most flexible to use, even for cutting around man hole covers. For flash cutting along walls or curbs the right supporting wheel can easily be folded in. The small planer is even suitable to be used inside buildings.

The tracked pavers in the Dynapac range sets impressive standards, since these pavers are convincing at all kind of paving widths by their ease of adapting, simple use and servicability. Long track drives and wide pads guarantee for maximum traction and low maintenance due to their sealed and lifetime lubrication. The rugged track types of these pavers compensate uneven ground level and a precise electronical steering ensures excellent laying results.

To carry out any geometry of pneumatic network, final or temporary Atlas Copco proposes Airnet piping to you: 6 diameters of aluminum tubes and a panoply supplements connections and accessories.
Insensitive with corrosion, the Airnet system preserves the quality of the air up to the point of use and offers a major asset in the control of escapes and the pressure losses énergivores. Very smooth, the internal surface of the tubes supports the flow of the fluid, minimizing of as much the energy request. The Airnet modules are guaranteed 10 years and in conformity with the directive the DEVELOPING COUNTRIES 97/23/EC. Their blue coating of standardized color makes them easily identifiable.
