Forward Soil Plates
Dynapac offers a comprehensive range of forward soil plates that are specially designed for compacting granular soils. They are ideal and most economical for small repair and maintenance work. Forward plates are also a compliment to rollers that may not be able to operate effectively in confined spaces.

Dynapac offers a comprehensive range of forward asphalt plates that are specially designed for compacting asphalt. They are ideal and most economical for small repair and maintenance work, such as driveways, pathways and parking lots. Forward asphalt plates are also a compliment to asphalt rollers that may not be able to operate effectively in confined spaces.

The range of forward and reverse plates are an economical alternative or compliment to a roller. These allround machines are specially designed to compact soil in confined areas, such as in trenches and parking lots, among other areas. Forward and reverse plates are also suitable for special applications, such as block paving. ACT/UNFOLD software offers a complete 3D and 2D working environment which allows to import 3D CAD models, to design sheet metal parts from scratch, to unfold 3D parts and to export the flat patterns to any CAM software for bending, cutting or punching.

Programming system to control the press brakes with numerical control.
This software makes it possible to calculate and program ranges of folding using a library of matrices and punches. This library entirely personnalisable makes it possible to modify and create tools.
The sequences of folds are displayable thanks to simulation 3D. The software manages the collisions automatically.
After validation of the ranges of folding, the ISO code is generated then sent to the press brake |

Die Figurenabwicklungen erfüllen die DIN-Norm 18.379 und gewährleisten somit die Übereinstimmung mit den europäischen Fertigungsnormen. Alle bereitgestellten Informationen zu den Abwicklungen entsprechen ebenfalls den dafür gültigen Normen.
DIREKTZUGRIFF AUS ALLEN PROGRAMMEBENEN HERAUS
Von jedem Programmteil aus kann direkt in anderes Modul hinübergewechselt werden. Durch diese fortschrittliche Funktionalität bleibt die Bedienung des Programms übersichtlich und schnell.
SCHNITTSTELLEN ZUR VERBINDUNG MIT ANDEREN CAD-SYSTEMEN
Mit Hilfe der integrierten DXF-Schnittstelle können Zeichnungen aus jedem anderen CAD-System importiert werden. Es können komplette Listen mit Geometrien auf einmal importiert werden. Aus Zusammenbauzeichnungen lassen sich einzelne Geometrien herausfiltern und einzelne Layer individuell einlesen.

| Sheets are universal products for manual work and hand-held machines. Special versions are available designed to work certain materials (e.g. wood, metal, etc.) and users can cut or tear sheets to suit their individual needs. Sheets used in conjunction with a sanding block can be used to form various edge and surface profiles, internally and externally. With paper or cloth backings, the sheets and strips can be used for both wet and dry grinding, depending on the grade chosen. |
