The Filament Winding DL is a two-component continuous-flow programmable-ratio meter, mix, and dispense machine for filament winding. The DL will supply accurately mixed resin/hardener systems directly to in-line composite processes. It is designed to easily fit into any production layout.

Molykote® synthetic oils are produced through chemical synthesis to meet targeted performance specifications and to minimize impurities. Synthetic oils are formulated with new generation performance-enhancing additives. Molykote mineral oils are produced in a series of proprietary hydroprocessing steps, which ensures that they are nearly free of contaminants. Synthetic blends are comprised of synthetic and hydroprocessed mineral oil base stocks. All oils in this section are available in pails
and drums.
Molykote® gearbox lubricants help prevent wear and process interruptions in power transmission systems and components. Compared to conventional oils they also offer greater resistance to oxidation and stable performance at high temperatures and under high loads. Molykote gearbox oils maximize fill intervals and maintain viscosity characteristics at wide temperature ranges. Molykote gearbox oils meet AGMA 9005-E02. In addition to AGMA, Molykote L-21XX series gearbox oils also meet DIN 51 517 Part 3, US Steel 224, Flender, Cincinnati Machine, David Brown SL.53.101.

STRAIGHT BEVEL GENERATING TOOLS
These are produced for Gleason machines, 24", 18", 12", 11" ,6" and 3" both roughing and finishing and also for Heidenreich and Harbeck machines, 15KH, 25KH, 26KH, 60KH and 75KH. These are manufactured as standard in M2 HSS, though tools in 5% colbalt steel can be supplied to order.

Dathan disc type cutters can be designed and produced for cutting any type of gear, internal or external, spur or helical. They can also be designed to cut splines, serrations, sprockets or other involute forms. The cutters are full form generated using the Dathan 'pass thro' method. These cutters may be manufactured with bore diameters from 10mm to 120mm or ½" up to 4", cutter diameters (pitch circle diameter) from .75"(19mm) to 10"(250mm) and can be manufactured to any world standard or to any specified requirement.

SHANK TYPE CUTTERS
These are primarily designed for cutting internal gears, splines and serrations, both spur and helical. May also be designed for externals if required. These cutters are full form generated however small the pitch circle diameter (PCD) although strength of the cutter produced is the limiting factor. The strength and rigidity of shank type cutters is greatly improved by the Dathan ribbing method and is especially advised for those of small PCD.
HUB TYPE CUTTERS
Dathan hub type cutters are designed for cutting internal components where maximum rigidity is required. Hub type cutters are recommended for cutting long face widths or for coarse pitches.
In general terms, any tooth form, face width or number of teeth that is available on a shank cutter, can be manufactured with a hub type fitting. Note: these cutters screw directly onto the spindle of the machine therefore rely on the spindle being in a good true state.

technical center and it is now built under license by FIMAT.
It has been designed for deburring and chamfering special and bevel gears.
The machine concept is optimized for short serials and a wide

Raso 600 CNC: The evolution of the Species
The RASO family, a synonym of shaving quality worldwide, is enlarging itself with the arrival of the Raso 600 model. Recently born, anyhow full of experience : as a matter of fact, it is an evolution of the solid Raso 400 project, as a synthesis of the improvements developed by SICMAT engineers as well as the point of arrival of the decades of experience on the field of its littler sisters in companies all over the world.
The main characteristics of the Raso 600 are the wide range of machinable diameters, the high resistance to vibrations as well as the working cycle speed related to the size of the machined gears.
In practice, the studied improvements for this machine consist of a reinforced bedplate developed in view of a vibrations reduction, an higher and stiffened frame unit, tailstocks suitable for the sizes of the parts to be machined as well as of a new direct drive kinematics of U-axis, allowing faster speeds in the positioning phase.
