NEW LIFE SERIES GUNS
They are characterised by a small size and a fast application. In both standard and high temperature execution, the NEW LIFE gun Series are available in different models (with one or more different distances and nozzles, with one or two solenoids), in order to meet any specific application requirements. Their standard configuration provides the New Life module (with seal cartridge system), and a self-cleaning zero-cavity nozzle for the best application. Moreover, the gun body is with a protective, non-stick coating on the gun body where is inserted the electric wiring for the best safety and the stainless steel glue filter which can be removed without disassembling the hose, ensuring the complete absence of impurities during gluing output, thus increasing the high reliability of Preo spray guns. The heating is produced by the most reliable electric elements and controlled by very accurate sensors. In the field of manual welding guns, ARO has mainly focused its research and development on the ergonomics, safety, power, reliability and economy criteria which are the 5 major components ensuring excellent productivity.
Homogeneous design and modularity are the basic building blocks of the C and X type range of welding guns allowing the choice of a wide range of cylinders, transformers and articulation joints. These welding guns are suitable for all welding applications including those comprising effective lengths greater than 1,000 mm.
Thanks to the association of a multi-stage cylinder (ARO patent) and a range of specific transformers, each welding gun can operate on all air networks (from 4 to 10 bars) and all types of electrical networks (from 220 V to 500 V, 50/60 Hz). The Ergoline range can also be equipped with medium frequency rectified current transformers to optimize the weight/power/energy consumption ratio.
