The VRI-515 machine has been developed using the experience gained with the successful Aplicator VIM-5 and RI-15 machines. The VRI-515 is an innovative concept for the manufacture of large or small components. The machine allows for multiple vacuum infusion ports each of which are individually controlled during the infusion process with Aplicator's unique resin flow control system. The initial capacity can be up to 60 kg per minute or more depending on the number of vacuum hoses used and the machine settings. When producing very large components, customers are using Aplicator's VIM concept for delivering precision volumes of resin, up to 5000 kg, to the right place at the right time.

The RimCraft Loop Sealer Dispensing System (RCLSD2004) is a two component Polyester designed specifically for traffic loop sealing applications.
With the RCLSD2004 system, traffic loops can be filled faster with less material waste. The RCLSD2004 system eliminates all hand mixing and pouring of the traffic loop sealer materials. This provides less hazardous conditions for the traffic loop installers.
The two components are metered into a static mixer through the RCLSD2004 gun providing a thorough mix. The RCLSD2004 gun is equipped with a wand extension that allows the operator to remain in an upright position, reducing back fatigue. Flushing of an inexpensive static mixer is the only requirement after each use.
The RimCraft RCLSD2004 Traffic Loop Sealer Dispensing System is available in a variety of custom configurations. Our standard configuration is a 55-Gallon Plate Mount. The system can be mounted to the optional RimCraft EZ Load Heavy Duty Trailer and optional 8 HP gasoline air compressor. Various hose lengths are available, 100 feet maximum.

Mechanical seals are used for the sealing of rotating shafts against a stationary housing, e.g. in pumps and agitators. The stationary" part of the seal is usually located at the housing, the rotating" part is fixed on the shaft. The high-precision face-machined sliding faces rotate axially in opposition. The sliding faces are pressed against each other by means of spring force, thus preventing the opening of the seal. The seal faces are statically sealed against the housing and the shaft by secondary seals (O-rings). With the entry of the pumped medium into the minimal sealing gap a lubricating film is generated and the sealing effect is thus obtained.
The design, arrangement and combination of materials of the seal is basically determined by pressure, temperature, speed of rotation and quality of the pumped medium. Shaft diameters of 5...500 mm, pressures from 10 torr ....250 bar, temperatures from -200°C... +450°C and sliding velocities up to 150 m/s limit the operating range of mechanical seals. Additional seal supply systems or buffer fluid systems may be required, dependent on the mode of operation, the quality of the medium and the seal arrangement.
