The function of the graphic overlay is to display the cosmetic portion of the assembly, such as texts, colors, pictograms, display windows, key functions, selective texturing, etc.
This component acts as an intermediary between the user and the machine by depicting individual functions of a particular assembly.

Quad already has 20 years’ experience in silk-screen printing on polyester and polycarbonate. These printed films are mainly used to give your equipment a smart, professional look.
Printing is always carried out on the reverse so that the image is protected against all manner of chemicals, grease, dust and scratches. This also gives the best colour reproduction and allows the printing of logos and all sorts of designs.
Extensive R&D means we can print films that are UV resistant. It is also possible to implement antibacterial films. This application is obviously of interest to the medical sector.

With the Microcap terminal, Captor has achieved a breakthrough in price-performance ratio and reliability. This cost effective data capture terminal will satisfy all your real-time job control applications.
At every workstation, the operator, using the keyboard, the integrated 125KHz proximity reader or the attached barcode reader, can enter the appropriate information.
The terminal connects to the Captor network that is controlled by one of the concentrators.
It exists in 2 versions :
• The standard Microcap equipped with a 2x16 LCD
• A sealed (IP65) version equipped with a 4 x 16 LCD

LBC-02/IP Terminal
Affordable real-time data collection terminal, with Ethernet standard 10 BaseT TCP/IP communication (Windows, AS/400, Linux, Unix...). Data can be entered via the membrane keyboard, the barcode slot reader or any other external device in "Wand Emulation" mode. Validations, messages and acknowledgments are shown on a 2 line by 40 character LCD screen. 4 TTL outputs and 2 TTL input to control various external devices. The terminal color is readily visible in industrial areas and the impactresistant yellow plastic resembles other industrial tools while remaining aesthetic.
Multiple operating modes are available for the LBC-02/IP according to your requirements. Can be used with one of our many free of charge software libraries or in Telnet mode (VT-100/52 Emulation). Simple commands give you full control of all terminals. The LBC-02/IP V3 works with all operating
