Elma offers AC and DC horizontal enclosures in 2U and 5U heights and a DC-only version in 4U height. They include a wide range of backplane, shelf management,and other options. FULLTEST4058 model was designed from HT ITALIA to performing essential tests in industrial environments on electrical machines devices and partially type-tested assemblies (PTTA) in compliance with EN60204-1 and EN60439-1 respectively.
The meter principally performing Continuity test on potential equalising conductors with >10AAC test current, Insulation Resistance with 500VDC test voltage and Withstanding tests with 1000AC test voltage (for electrical machine devices) and 2500V test voltage (for individual test on PTTA assemblies switchboards).
Withstanding test is performed also in BURN mode with no limits on trip-out current. Discharging Time measures of internal capacitance and on external plugs of device under test complete the list of possible test with this meter.As FULLTEST4050 more advanced model also FULLTEST4058 have a built-in internal memory to save all measurement results and a RS-232 PCs interface for directly transfer of saved tests by dedicated Windows software.
The model is fitted inside a practical and protected plastic case board with no flammability and a membrane keyboard for rapid selection of functions is included on the frontal panel together a wide custom display.

The flat slimline lamp SL 025 with movement sensor is suitable for all types of panels and enclosures, especially where space is at a premium.

Just as quiet as an air conditioner (about 62 dBA), the Vortex A/C noise level is 73% less than other conventional, vortex type cabinet coolers. When the thermostatically-controlled Vortex A/C is operating, the decibel level is about the same as normal human conversation!
This next generation, Vortex Cooler features an integral mechanical thermostat to conserve energy and maintain enclosure temperatures within a range of 27 to 32 C. Requiring only a compressed air supply to operate, the UL listed Vortex A/C quickly installs in a 1,5" knockout hole to keep electrical control panels cool, clean and protected.
When the going gets tough...
Using vortex tube technology, cold air is generated by the Vortex A/C from the compressed air supply and is distributed throughout the enclosure. Since ambient air never enters the cabinet, it's perfect for harsh, dirty environments. In fact, the Vortex A/C features an optional "purge-air" port that, when opened, will provide a constant positive pressure inside the enclosure to purge the cabinet of any contaminated surrounding air. Withstanding extreme temperature conditions, the Vortex A/C will provide reliable cooling operation in environments up to 79 C. |
