Multi-pole connectors for multi-couplings / docking systems MC multi-pole connectors are used in manually or automatically actuated multi-couplings, tool change systems and docking systems.
These connectors meet high plugging frequency requirements, for over 1 million plugging cycles. They are rugged, reliable and easy to apply. The contacts have crimp connection. In the unplugged condition the complete socket and pin parts are longitudinally waterproof over the contacts.

The Han® R 23 series comprises circular connectors with high contact densities.
The inserts with 6, 9, 12, 17 or 19 contacts plus a PE contact are available with crimp, solder or screw terminals. The connectors are rated for 7 ampere or 15 ampere at 50 volt.

Sealed to IP67 when not mated: By assembling additional O-rings between connector shell and contact insert as well as between contacts and contact insert, the M1 Series connectors are sealed to IP67 (immersion protected).
Thus protected, the connectors are water tight even when not mated, and ingress of water into electric equipment through the connector is not possible.

The new SRC connector from Colder Products Company provides medical personnel with a new alternative: a tubing connector that is designed to eliminate potential misconnections that can occur with luer fittings. In medical settings, accidental tubing misconnections to the wrong line or device, such as an air hose to an intravenous line, can be extremely dangerous to patients, if not deadly. As a result, the SRC connector is an excellent choice for a wide range of liquid media and gas applications such as blood and bodily fluid handling, and air driven devices.
The SRC is a safer small bore connector for medical tubing applications. Not only does it eliminate the potential for dangerous tubing misconnections with luer fittings, it has a more secure latch design and allows tubing rotation to prevent accidental disconnections or kinked tubing.
There is no twisting required to connect tubing. Users simply push the two halves together for an obvious, secure connection.
Colder’s SRC connector features a dual elastomeric seal. Integral to the body it creates a smooth, gap-free flow path for improved flow characteristics, without any areas for fluid to collect.
Designed for use with 3,2mm and 4,8mm inside diameter (ID) tubing, the small bore connector provides a smaller profile than other quick disconnect couplings. The SRC is made from Class VI, animal-free materials and can withstand gamma, e-beam and EtO sterilization.

For different ERbic bus systems, the interface connectors combine compact dimensions with horizontal or vertical cable termination. The color coding describes different bus systems, nodes, and termination versions with integrated termination resistors. The integrated switch of ERbic switch versions allows the flexible configuration of Profibus systems. The switch turns the termination on and off and can be externally operated. The MAX housing is made from die-cast metal and is ideal for use in rough environmental conditions, and for meeting EMC requirements. The MAX housing is also equipped with an axial cable output in the connecting direction, and therefore, has a slimline shape.

The Han D® / Han DD® series is designed for high pin-count industrial interconnect applications.

ERmet ZD connectors were specially developed for differential high-speed signal transmission in telecom applications with data rates of up to 10Gbits/sec.
This robust, high quality modular connector system is just as well-suited for use in conjunction with the 2mm HM (IED 61076-4-101) ERmet line of connectors.
The inline design of the signal and ground contacts makes simple, economic routing (conductor track routing) possible. Signal and ground contacts have different connection levels with a gap of 1.5mm, thus ensuring a safe connection. In addition, the contacts are assembled into a robust housing.
The ERmet ZD connector utilizes an optimal grid construction that reduces signal interference and offers ample room for conductor track routing. Its optimized design and effective shielding allow the ERmet ZD system to exhibit superb performance when it comes to crosstalk and reflections.
The ERmet ZD connector has been selected as the backplane interconnect for the PICMG 3.x (ATCA) industry standard.

ERNI M8/M12 circular connectors can be used to implement a flexible I/O or field bus connection on the circuit board. With the modular design concept, connectors can be quickly and easily manufactured in different heights and versions, e.g. 2-, 3-, 4- and 5- pin M12 connectors as well as 3- and 4-pin M8 connectors. We use a variety of SMT, pressfit or THR technology, depending on the customer's requirements. M12 connectors are currently recommended as field bus connectors for almost all field bus specifications, and are also available with coding.
