The rugged keyboard incorporating Hall Effect push buttons is extremely reliable in harsh conditions and can be easily operated with a gloved hand. A single 1010 is able to simultaneously control loading on up to 4 arms, with totals, flow rates, preset values and operator messages displayed on the backlite LCD display. An integrated Touch Key reader on the front facia provides a reliable and secure method to identify drivers and trucks without the need for additional card readers at the loading gantry.

The FS5000 Flow Switch Controller is designed for use in applications that require flow/no-flow control of metering pumps and other devices. It includes a flow switch and three (3) 115V receptacles that are powered with flow and one (1) 115V service receptacle. Power indicator light, flow indicator light and test switch are included.

The REOVIB MFS 168 series of variable-frequency regulators are specially designed for controlling vibratory feeders. The units produce a highly stable output frequency that is adjustable in 0.1 Hz increments. Manual "tuning" time of the mechanical feed system is significantly reduced. The sinusoidal output means that the feeder runs quietly and provides gentle product handling characteristics. Settings are adjusted by using a touch-panel and an integrated digital display. The feed rate set-point can be adjusted in several ways, including the use of 0 - 10V or 0(4) - 20 mA signals. User settings can be stored and recalled. Depending on the controller version there are functions available for track-sensor control and constant amplitude control, which maintains a constant feed-rate irrespective load variations on the feeder. All electrical connections are brought out to terminals located in the front panel. The enclosure is designed for panel mounting.

General description:
The SurfBoard-USB is a fully featured board, which provides reliable performance for controlling and synchronizing I/O, 2 and 3-axis scan heads and virtually any laser. The board can operate from any PC platform with a USB port - including laptops and embedded PCs. Gone are the days of opening a bulky desktop to install a board or worrying about address or IRQ conflicts. The SurfBoard-USB is a truly plug-and-play product.
Measuring only 10x10cm, the SurfBoard-USB operates with Windows XP / Vista on NTI's industry leading WaveRunner laser / scanner control software. Your laser scanning system will not be waiting for data with the incredibly fast USB 1.1 or 2.0 PC interface and the 10 micro second laser / scanner update rate. The board includes on-board flash memory to store large jobs, plus 6 inputs and 6 outputs used for automation and a pointer control, mark-in-progress signal, start mark signal, and mark-on-the-fly encoder inputs. Scan head control is through an industry standard XY2-100, 16-bit digital interface or an optional analog interface. Laser control is provided via standard PWM, analog or 8-bit digital signals.
Each board is packaged in a small, rugged enclosure, which can be remotely mounted to facilitate easy system installation. And don't worry about losing your software dongle, because with the SurfBoard-USB, there is no software dongle required.

General Description
The profichip MPI12x is a communication chip with processor interface for MPI applications.
The MPI12x handles the message and address identification, the data security sequences and the protocol processing for PROFIBUS, which is the underlying transmission protocol.
Token handling, error detection and data pre-processing is executed out automatically by the MPI12x, relieving the host processor from all time-critical tasks and time-consuming arithmetic operations. Support of data transmission rates up to 12 Mbit/s, the integration of the PFOFIBus protocol into hardware, 4 KByte communication RAM and the configurable processor interface are features to create high-performance MPI applications.
Alternatively, the MPI12x can be used as a Serial Interface Device supporting synchronous and asynchronous standard protocols as well as user defined protocols with data transmission rates up to 12 Mbits/s.

The PCVisor functions as the heart of a fully networked refrigeration plant, HVAC and BMS system. It provides a fully integrated data monitoring system and displays the information in an easy to use menu driven graphical format.
The PCVisor also provides pack controller optimisation to automatically regulate the target suction pressure of a pack compressor / pack, thereby saving energy.
The unit can be connected to a maximum of 192 controllers (6 networks x 32 devices) using Honeywell Genus® network protocols. The PCVisor permits 2-way communication, in that it can be used to retrieve and log real-time system data as well as providing the capability to remotely configure the network controller parameters.
The defrost timer facility permits sequential defrost control of up to 100 channels, thus encouraging an even spread of energy consumption over any 24 hour period. When using a gas defrost system, header station control can be synchronised over the network with evaporator defrost control thus simplifying the field wiring and maintaining accurate defrost control.

DESCRIPTION:
The PSP 100 is a tool able to manage up to five controls simultaneously.
It is equipped with three entries reserved for controls of ejection, two entries reserved for the positional checking of band, an exit poiur the stopping of the press.
Principle:
The selection of controls corresponds to the sensors used. With each lathe of crankshaft of the press, the signals of the sensors are considered and put in memory. The cyclic probe (inductive detector provided with the controller actuated by a cam fixed at the crankshaft) makes it possible to question the memory and to stop the press in the event of absence of the one of the signals. The angular position of the cam (cyclic probe) takes as reference the last signal sensor because the PSP 100 has an entry cam. there is defect for the controller if all the signals of ejection or position did not appear before the cyclic signal probe.
Car training:
Controller PSP 100 functions by car-training. Initially to the installation of the apparatus, the PSP 100 will memorize in learning mode the configuration of production. Then, in production mode, it will compare automatically the cycle memorized with the successive cycles and will act in the event of defect.
