The PC 241 and 242 is a 2 pump controller designed mainly to be used in municipal
wastewater pumping stations of either gravitation or pressurised type. It is has many advanced features to minimise the costs in the
pumping station throughout the whole life-cycle.
The controller comes in two versions: with graphical display to have a full user interface and without display to fit in budget applications. The level sensing in the pit may be done using either float switches
or 4-20 mA sensor. Viewing of alarms, manual control of pumps and changing of settings etc. can be made locally via the graphical user interface. It can also be done via the configuration software AquaProg at a PC, connected directly to the local service port or remotely via e.g. modem. |

The M021P is a PID pump speed controller for accurate temperature regulation of hot water in a storage system.
It controls the temperature of the secondary water flow within a heat exchanger by regulating the hot water flow through the primary of the same heat exchanger.
A very accurate temperature control results and hot water can be obtained at mains pressure. |

DSM's linear piezo amplifiers, piezo drivers, and piezo controllers are high-power units used for open-loop and closed-loop servo control of piezo actuators and piezoelectric stage systems in precision motion control and positioning applications. DSM's amplifiers and controllers are typically sold in single-channel benchtop models, but multi-channel and OEM styles are also available.
DSM's VF series of linear piezo amplifiers are voltage followers that amplifiy a low voltage analog input signal. The VF-500 amplifier provides 500 mA of continuous current (1A peak current) for piezo material rated up to 200 V. The benchtop model features an optional LCD menu-driven display and built-in function generator for sinusoidal output motion of an attached piezo device.

The AD-4826 is a feeder controller with model predictive control technology that delivers superior performance when compared with PID control devices.
Model predictive control is a method of process control to determine a manipulated variable that enables a process variable to reach a set point by predicting future changes in a process using models of the controlled object’s behavior. The internal model is used to predict if any deviation from the set point will occur in the immediate future when process control is continued with the current manipulated variable. If a deviation is predicted, an adjusted manipulated variable is output and sent to the controlled object.
Unlike PID control, which executes a correction after a control deviation occurs, model predictive control predicts a deviation in advance using a model of the system’s behavior to enable stable process control while avoiding hunting (unstable movement). The extraordinary advantages of model predictive control include process control stability, disturbance cancellation, improved response to changes, improved set-point-following capability and high tolerance to the influence of changes in a process.
The AD-4826 can perform model predictive control with a screw feeder, circle feeder, table feeder or rotary feeder that has been controlled with PID control (up to 4 feeders can be used with one AD-4826 device).

Now you can stop the waste and take control of your powder coating operation with Nordsons iControl integrated control system, featuring closed loop digital flow control, automatic gun triggering and reciprocator control.
Traditional open loop controls lack repeatability and don't compensate for incoming air pressure changes at the powder pump. With closed loop flow control, like iControl, changes in compressed air input are measured and converted in to digital signals, then sent to a proportional valve.
This valve then compensates for varying pressure by changing the airflow to the pump accordingly - resulting in repeatable powder output from the gun and uniform film build on the part beng sprayed.
The technology provides digital control of all application parameters and gun movers through a single, user-friendly operator interface.

TOPAX NT is a wall-mounted controller and measuring amplifier which has been developed on the basis of the latest microprocessor technology. It can be used for the most different tasks in swimming pool applications, water treatment and process engineering. With its versatile possibilities a solution is offered which stands out for its user-friendliness, interfaces and modularity.
Besides the classic water parameters such as free chlorine, pH value, temperature or REDOX potential it is also possible to measure and further process combined chlorine with the TOPAX NT. Furthermore the combined chlorine content is displayed.

TRM has introduced a new service allowing manufacturers of machines to design their own Controller for their machine by specifying options from a menu. The system is based upon a high power motion Controller which enables almost any application to be implemented. A typical example of the type of machine they could use this technology is a printing machine.
The OEM can select a range of liquid-crystal displays to suit the machines needs. Once the LCD has been selected the location and number of keys may be added to the keypad. Warning lights, start and stop buttons can be added to the front of the controller. In this way an attractive and efficient front panel can be designed for your machine. The idea is to make the machine as attractive, safe easy-to-use and practical as possible. Many machines require a number of technologies in order to implement a control system typically there will be a plc, motion controller, man machine interface, and a host of electrical items to control machine. The TRM system combines many of these functions onto a single board. There is a cable between the Controller and the interconnect card mounted in the machine.
