Innovation and rugged engineering give the T34C a unique shape and style that provide the equipment operator with a controller that is extremely durable, convenient, and easy to operate. This extremely lightweight ‘Belly Box’ style controller is ideal for indoor (and limited outdoor) crane remote control applications in most industrial environments. The T34C can be used with most Cattron licensed AT Series or MP Series receiver/decoder units as well as most existing systems as either a replacement or spare controller. One of the more distinctive features of the T34C is the unique design of its control levers. Machined from aircraft-quality 6061 billet aluminum, the handle for each lever is a different geometric shape making it easier for the operator to distinguish between control levers without looking down. T34C controllers have room for up to six control levers and can be customized with additional pushbuttons and toggle switches. The T34C also uses readily available standard AA alkaline or NiMh rechargeable batteries.

Vehicles in this category are required to meet demands that are often contradictory:
From lengthy high-speed road journeys to operations on undeveloped land, without compromising on safety.
For these very particular uses, MICHELIN has developed a range of tires capable of handling any situation,
from motorway travelling to operations in desert regions, and from winter conditions to muddy terrain.

With the hot-vulcanized retreads for construction vehicle tyres, Rodos provides tyre expertise for standard sizes up to 33" as well for as smaller speciality tyres. Again, quality is also a top priority here. Just as is the case with Schelkmann, Rodos offers application-specific compounds combined with intelligent profiles for optimum tyre solutions. For all Rösler products, it is always the balance of performance, reliability and price that takes centre stage.
|
|
The new radial tyres from Winstone are a logical consequence of Rösler’s retread expertise. Not all carcasses used meet our quality standards. Winstone falls back on new carcasses which are purchased with the highest quality standards applied by European brand manufacturers. Our retread expertise is then applied to the finishing process. Rösler stands for: quality, value for money tyres.
Winstone radial tyres are produced in the sizes 15.5 R25 to 26.5 R25 for various profiles.

The reach of the Flex and UltraFlex extraction arms is considerably increased through the use of a Euromate extension crane (length 2 or 4 metres). The extension cranes are supplied with the HandyStop locking system, which will quickly lock the horizontal movement of the crane in a previously selected position.

The suction arms are available in a wide variety of designs.
We differentiate between pipetype and hosetype as well as internal and external joints. As they come with a spring support, all of the arms are self-supporting in the set position.
The exhaust ventilation hood is equipped with a throttle valve that enables the flow rate to be set individually. For lengths of 5 m and more, the arm is supplied with an additional wall-mounted boom of 2 or rather 4 m length. This is equipped with a C-beam for attaching a mechanical wire box or tools.
The suction arms with external joints are equipped with a solid parallelogram frame. Two hydraulic attenuators guarantee a facile flexibility and an accurate positioning of the suction arm.
The suction arms are supplied with a wall bracket and a connection pipe of Ø 160 mm. They can be used for the connection to individual fans as well as to central suction systems.
The optional available adapter for the hood guarantees a more effective collection of the dusts.

Self-propelled industrial cranes are adaptable, flexible, quiet and sufficiently compact to pass through most factory corridors, but sturdy enough to be used in grueling sectors such as mining, quarrying, steel processing and aircraft assembly.
On these machines, Brevini Winches hydraulic winches offer high performance and compact dimensions. All winches have hydraulic motor-driven units with a fixed cylinder axial piston motor and a balancing valve unit for controlling the load when descending and a selector valve for opening the integrated motor brake. As a result, the rope can be easily and quickly wound clockwise or counterclockwise simply by rotating the load control valve. Installation is simplified by the exclusive design of the lateral supports in the square frame versions.

Storage and retrieval of heavy, bulky items has never been easier! With the Stanley® Vidmar® STAK System®, one operator can efficiently manage loads weighing up to 4,000 lbs.—all in less than 250 square feet.
Based on a system of removable, adjustable pallets (instead of fixed shelves) and a captive lifting and handling device, the STAK System® helps maximize storage density by minimizing the vertical space requirements of each stored load. Each stored load has its own special location, so you can store or retrieve it in less than 2-1/2 minutes—regardless of its size, shape, or weight!
Captive lifting and handling device that saves space, saves time, and boosts productivity
Ideal for work-in-process, maintenance, motor storage applications and tire storage
STAK System® rises 16 feet above the ground but has a small overall footprint, maximizing vertical space, saving valuable floor space, and getting large items off the floor
Aisle space requirements are narrower than those required by using a conventional forklift
Handling device maneuvers on four axes, creating total 360 degree flexibility
STAK System® can be easily expanded as your needs grow
Specific 2,000 or 4,000 pound systems

Block Loading Grabs – with Adjustable Height AKZ-H unigrip / AKZ-N unigrip / AKZ-S unigrip
This has the same design and characteristics like the AKZ-unigrip but comes with adjustable height for differing pack heights. This universal type of grab is suitable for the transport of building materials of all types and sizes. By the adjustable height and the large opening width it can be used for all building materials on pallets and without pallets.
A choice of various heights.
The vertical height adjustment bar is equiped with 4 drillings which are situated on different height levels, each shifted by 90°.
The different levels are for the following heights:
level 1 (turning 0°) 1.100 mm
level 2 (turning 90°) 1.280 mm
level 3 (turning 180°) 1.470 mm
level 4 (turning 270°) 1.650 mm
Height Adjustment with a choice of fixed or floating position.
Now even more simple handling of the height adjustment - just move one lever.
Higher pressure – finely adjustable, for example to grip material which is sensitive against pressure.
Low overall height of equipment.
Standard Specifications:
Hydraulically and smoothly operable and works in parallel.
Robust gear rack balance for the absolute synchronous running of the hydraulic cylinders.
Large low-maintenance polyamide sliding guides with 5-year guarantee.
Automatic pressure control. Carrying capacity of height-adjustable versions in retracted position will be increased as per positive working automatic pressure control up to the respective figure indicated in brackets.
Manually adjustable pressure-reducing valve.
Oil pressure gauge.
4 hanging eyes for cables or straps/belts.
Light-weight construction in high-tensile steel.

Your overhead equipment is too valuable to your operation to take chances. LCAS will protect cranes and hoists from contact with other equipment or end walls, both indoors and out.
Using Retroreflective Class 1 Laser technology, the LCAS's simple push-button set up permits you to program your system to activate the Alarm output and Stop functions at exactly the distance you require. With a range of 50 meters (164 feet), the LCAS can discriminate distance changes to a resolution of 3 mm (0.12 inches).
LCAS protects stationary equipment, too. Its warning Alarm output will be activated if the unit detects a target moving within its set warning distance. That gives your operators time to take corrective action before a costly collision occurs.
