Safeball, a unique world wide control device at the highest safety level (cat. lllc as two-hand device with safety relay JSBR4 according to EN 574). The ergonomic shape fits all hands and gives many gripping possibilities. the safety being acheived with two switches in each ball, dual safety in each hand. There is also no need for a top cover. Safeball is connected to a safety relay or a safety PLC Pluto which gives a stop signal as soon as one or more switches are released. It also monitors that all buttons have been released and that they have been activated simultanously within 0.5 seconds for a new start. Safeball can also be used as a one-hand device.

ZincTape comprises a layer of 99,99% pure zinc 80 microns thick with 25 microns of adhesive protected by a removable siliconised paper. It is available in rolls or in shapes based on the customer's needs. A feature of the new laminated zinc tape is its electrically conductive adhesive:this is achieved by incorporating a percentage of powdered zinc into the adhesive during manufacture. The HoseGuard® is a simple, but efficient protection of a broken compressed-air hose. The air supply is shut off immediately by the HoseGuard®, should the volume of air exceed a set value. This "value" is preset by the manufacturer and is of course, set in a way that allows normal air consumption. when using air tools. The HoseGuard® is made so that it ensures a constant bleeding through a tiny nozzle, making the HoseGuard® return to zero position, once the broken hose has been repaired. The HoseGuard® remains closed until the quick-connection for the main pip has been disconnected.

INTRA transfers inductive signals from one or multiple Bircher SafeTecâ sensing edges to an electronic unit for evaluation. The redundant evaluation meets the requirements of the German standard ZH1/494 for doors and gates.
The main advantage of INTRA is the capability to monitor sensing edges without mechanical or direct electrical connections between the stationary and moving part of a sliding gate. Compared to conventional sensing edge signal transmission via trailing cable, the INTRA system is virtually maintenance free.

The special antimicrobial material EBP.SAN is made out of, stops any deposit of bacteria, mildew and fungi, offering a sanitized effect on the surface.
Tests carried out on material samples confirmed the stability of the antimicrobial action after several cleaning cycles at high temperatures with soap and solvents.
The great resistance to high temperatures of the antimicrobial additive allows this handle to reach sterilisation temperatures (130°C).
