The PRS6 is a three-way pressure reducing valve that has been developed to give reduced pressure in a particular part of the hydraulic system. The valve maintains the secondary pressure setting constantly, regardless of pressure variations on the primary side. Common applications include pilot circuits in hydraulic and electro-hydraulic servo systems.
Compact and easy to install
Easy to adjust within respective pressure range
Can be factory set and sealed to prevent unauthorized pressure changing
Highly suited for use as a reducing valve in pilot circuits where the pilot pressure is taken from the main circuit

Superior Design:
Hayward all-plastic diaphragm valves have been specifically designed to perform in the most demanding liquid, gas, and slurry applications in both on/off and modulating service.
Position Indicator:
Hayward's standard highly visible, beacon-type position indicator will always give positive position indication, unlike rising stem indicators that can be inaccurate because of misadjusted stems. Sight panels are made from clear Eastar®.
Diaphragm Saver:
The Diaphragm Saver travel stop is a standard feature on all sizes of Hayward Diaphragm Valves. Its special design prevents overcompression of the diaphragm and prolongs its service life.
No Corrosion Problems:
These valves have no wetted metal components. The valves will never fail because of corrosion and they do not require painting or epoxy coating to stand up to aggressive environments.
True Union Design:
Hayward Diaphragm Valves with socket or threaded connections have a true union design so that they can be removed from the line without having to disconnect piping connections.

Style 575 Angle Ball Valve
The Dresser® Style 575 Angle Ball Valve provides dual service... as a main-to-service compression end tee connection, and as a shut-off valve.
Constructed of a unique combination of a rugged ductile iron body and a highstrength engineered plastic plug, the "575" valve offers a low torque 90-degree operation with positive, bottle-tight shut-off at pressures up to 125 psi.
Designed for durability under all service conditions, the interface of ductile and engineered plastic components eliminates any possibility of valve freeze-up due to corrosion.
The "575" eliminates the presence of an isolated metallic valve in a plastic service. The ductile material in the valve body is compatible with the cast iron main, so there's no need for anoding and monitoring. Plus, an optional AL-CLAD® Plastisol coating can provide even greater external corrosion protection. The compression end for connecting the service is of a time-proven Dresser design and meets all the requirements of D.O.T. 192.283(b), providing a permanent seal and pull-out resistance greater than the PE tubing in tension.
The "575" is available in inlet sizes 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" MIPT and an outlet size of 1-1/8" OD, but it can be readily adapted to other outlet sizes as required.

Thermostatic expansion valves are designed for a wide range of air conditioning, refrigeration, heat pump and chiller applications.
Our integral valve line includes valves for commercial and refrigeration applications, as well as heat pump and residential applications. The "Take-A-Part Series" valves are the answer to your unique needs, available for almost any type of application, temperature range, or any known refrigerant. We also offer a complete line of specialty valves. Consult us for your specific system requirements.
The Thermo® Expansion Valve is a precision device designed to regulate the rate of refrigerant liquid flow into the evaporator in the exact proportion to the rate of evaporation of the refrigerant liquid in the evaporator. The amount of refrigerant gas leaving the evaporator can be regulated since the Thermo Valve responds to the temperature of the refrigerant gas leaving the evaporator and the pressure in the evaporator. This controlled flow prevents the return of refrigerant liquid to the compressor. The Thermo Expansion Valve controls the flow of gas by maintaining a pre-determined superheat.
