SERIES 730 MASS FLOW CONTROL VALVES
The Series 730 Mass Flow Control Valves were designed by Dr. Jerry Kurz in about 1980 to provide a simple, compact electrically operated, precise metering valve for applications requiring a high flow rate turn-down ratio. The unique Kurz design utilizes a rotor having a helical shape machined into its bottom face, opposite an inlet orifice and an outlet orifice. The diameter, separation and the helical depth were designed to provide a nearly linear flow coefficient (Cv) with angular rotation. A simple high torque gearmotor (24 VDC) was selected for cost and simplicity. Since the Series 730 is a "fail-as-is" design, the motor is only used when changes are required, which greatly extends the motor life. The Series 730 combines the electric drive motor, the valve body, rotor and limit switches into a well-designed, integrated package. The typical turn-down ratio is 50:1, due to the incorporation of a pressure assisted shut-off disk which becomes active near the shut-off position. The Cv range is from 0.05 to 10.0 in three convenient body sizes. The Series 730 is constructed of 316L stainless steel, with Viton O'Rings and an o'ring sealed motor cover. It operates as a two-wire loop-powered device normally powered and controlled by one of the Series 155 Mass Flow Computers and used with a Kurz In-Line Mass Flow Element. The inlet and outlet fittings are Schedule 40 pipe with MNPT end connections or Class 150 flanges. Because of its rotary design, the Series 730 is not as affected by abrupt line pressure changes as are pneumatic control valves

KOFLOC 6600/6800
The KOFLOC Pressure Regulating Valve MODEL 6600 SERIES is a compact, lightweight precision pressure regulator with superior repeatability to provide reliable and speedy regulations. MODEL 6600 SERIES is a non-bleed valve and has successfully been put to rigorous leak tests and is designed as a panel mount unit for easy assimilation into sensitive analytical equipment. Components are carefully cleaned before assembly, making this product ideal for used as a component of high-sensitivity instruments for analysis or other R&D activities. The MODEL 6800 SERIES is a type of check valve to obtain a constant level of pressure upstream of the valve. It makes it easier and speedier to control pressure in the tank with a large buffer, and siphoning, operations that were rather difficult with a secondary control valve commonly in use.

Series PC (Pressure Compensated)
General Description
These valves are designed to regulate flow at a selected rate then maintain this flow constant within ?5% as inlet and outlet pressures may vary. However, changes in fluid temperature will prevent flow from holding constant.
There are 2 types of Series PC valves. Series PCM valves can be adjusted for required flows after being installed. Series PCK valves are factory-set for a specified flow and are not adjustable by the user

AMOT valves are used for accurate temperature control of liquids in diverting or mixing service. Three distinct temperature control valve groups are available:
3-Way Temperature Control Valves, electric or pneumatic actuated For tighter temperature control, remote sensing, and low pressure drop.
3-Way Thermostatic Valve, self powered Traditional "AMOT" valve with internal sensing temperature elements. For 2-way valve, block port "B" on valve.
2-Way Thermostatic Valves, self powered Ideally suited to minimize water usage ("Water Saver") in a city or river water cooling system used on compressors, oil coolers, tank heating and cooling service. For larger flow rates, use a 3-way valve with port "B" blocked off.
Typical applications include temperature control of cooling or heating systems, lube oil systems, cogeneration systems, heat recovery loops, process control, and other mixing or diverting temperature control systems.

The PRS6 is a three-way pressure reducing valve that has been developed to give reduced pressure in a particular part of the hydraulic system. The valve maintains the secondary pressure setting constantly, regardless of pressure variations on the primary side. Common applications include pilot circuits in hydraulic and electro-hydraulic servo systems.
Compact and easy to install
Easy to adjust within respective pressure range
Can be factory set and sealed to prevent unauthorized pressure changing
Highly suited for use as a reducing valve in pilot circuits where the pilot pressure is taken from the main circuit

Stop and regulating valves are manually operated valves for use in industrial refrigeration applications where for instance a pipe section needs to be shut-off during service and maintenance. The valves are in sizes from DN 6 mm (¼ in) up to 300 mm (12 in.). The valves are designed to give favourable flow characteristics and are easy to dismantle for servicing. The valve cone is designed to ensure perfect closing. Applicable to all common refrigerants including ammonia (R717) and non corrosive gases/liquids dependent on sealing material compatibility.

Superior Design:
Hayward all-plastic diaphragm valves have been specifically designed to perform in the most demanding liquid, gas, and slurry applications in both on/off and modulating service.
Position Indicator:
Hayward's standard highly visible, beacon-type position indicator will always give positive position indication, unlike rising stem indicators that can be inaccurate because of misadjusted stems. Sight panels are made from clear Eastar®.
Diaphragm Saver:
The Diaphragm Saver travel stop is a standard feature on all sizes of Hayward Diaphragm Valves. Its special design prevents overcompression of the diaphragm and prolongs its service life.
No Corrosion Problems:
These valves have no wetted metal components. The valves will never fail because of corrosion and they do not require painting or epoxy coating to stand up to aggressive environments.
True Union Design:
Hayward Diaphragm Valves with socket or threaded connections have a true union design so that they can be removed from the line without having to disconnect piping connections.

Style 575 Angle Ball Valve
The Dresser® Style 575 Angle Ball Valve provides dual service... as a main-to-service compression end tee connection, and as a shut-off valve.
Constructed of a unique combination of a rugged ductile iron body and a highstrength engineered plastic plug, the "575" valve offers a low torque 90-degree operation with positive, bottle-tight shut-off at pressures up to 125 psi.
Designed for durability under all service conditions, the interface of ductile and engineered plastic components eliminates any possibility of valve freeze-up due to corrosion.
The "575" eliminates the presence of an isolated metallic valve in a plastic service. The ductile material in the valve body is compatible with the cast iron main, so there's no need for anoding and monitoring. Plus, an optional AL-CLAD® Plastisol coating can provide even greater external corrosion protection. The compression end for connecting the service is of a time-proven Dresser design and meets all the requirements of D.O.T. 192.283(b), providing a permanent seal and pull-out resistance greater than the PE tubing in tension.
The "575" is available in inlet sizes 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" MIPT and an outlet size of 1-1/8" OD, but it can be readily adapted to other outlet sizes as required.

Thermostatic expansion valves are designed for a wide range of air conditioning, refrigeration, heat pump and chiller applications.
Our integral valve line includes valves for commercial and refrigeration applications, as well as heat pump and residential applications. The "Take-A-Part Series" valves are the answer to your unique needs, available for almost any type of application, temperature range, or any known refrigerant. We also offer a complete line of specialty valves. Consult us for your specific system requirements.
The Thermo® Expansion Valve is a precision device designed to regulate the rate of refrigerant liquid flow into the evaporator in the exact proportion to the rate of evaporation of the refrigerant liquid in the evaporator. The amount of refrigerant gas leaving the evaporator can be regulated since the Thermo Valve responds to the temperature of the refrigerant gas leaving the evaporator and the pressure in the evaporator. This controlled flow prevents the return of refrigerant liquid to the compressor. The Thermo Expansion Valve controls the flow of gas by maintaining a pre-determined superheat.
