The JN5139-xxx-Myy family is a range of surface mount modules that enables users to implement IEEE802.15.4 or ZigBee compliant systems with minimum time to market and at the lowest cost. They remove the need for expensive and lengthy development of custom RF board designs and test suites. The modules use Jennic's JN5139 wireless microcontroller to provide a comprehensive solution with high radio performance and all RF components included. All that is required to develop and manufacture wireless control or sensing products is to connect a power supply and peripherals such as switches, actuators and sensors, considerably simplifying product development.
Five hardware module variants are available: JN5139-xxx-M00 with an integrated antenna, JN5139-xxx-M01/M03 with an antenna connector and JN5139-xxx-M02/M04 with a power amplifier and LNA for extended range. Each variant can be provided pre-programmed with a ZigBee network stack (JN5139-Z01-Myy).

Fan Driver Overview
Kar-Tech's Fan Driver/Electric Oil Cooler Control is a low-cost, highly intelligent control module for controlling electric DC fans or oil coolers for use in mobile hydraulic applications. The Fan Driver can drive a single fan in both directions with sustained supply current of 10 amps (up to 30 amp optional). An onboard temperature input accepts a sensor or switch for fan on temperature (programmable with a sensor input), and by using programmable ramp up and ramp down times, shock on the motor and mounting flanges is reduced or eliminated.

Modularity features allow easy module replacement with unique latching mechanisms and auto device replacement which allows OEMs to add I/O modules without making changes to the control software. A full set of I/O modules accept signals from sensors, photo eyes, limits and other field input devices as well as providing signals to remote solenoid valves and other output devices. There is a choice of digital, analog, and high-watt I/O modules, which include built-in short circuit and open circuit detection circuitry with electronic feedback. A single ROSS serial bus communication module supports up to a maximum of 63 I/O modules and up to 264 inputs and 264 outputs.

S900 provides all input and output modules needed for intrinsically safe field signal connection. The field signals are amplified in every S900 functional module, electrically isolated, and then output via an internal serial bus. A communication interface converts the digitized signals to adapt them to the standardized PROFIBUS DPV1 fieldbus protocol. Supervisory process control systems, DCS or SCADA systems use an intrinsically safe fieldbus to communicate with the communication interface.
A single fieldbus network suffices for configuring the individual fieldbus nodes, for cyclic data exchange, for all acyclic services, and for communication with HART®-compatible field instruments. All functional modules can be replaced easily and quickly in the installation or maintenance phase. The functional modules and the - optionally redundant - communication interfaces of systems placed in Zone 1 can be removed and plugged in while operation is running, without affecting the communication of the remaining modules. Only the primary power for the plug-in type power supply modules requires increased safety EEx-e.
Integrated encapsulated switch-off mechanisms allow for hotswapping, i.e. the power supply units can be replaced without interrupting the primary power. Due to its little space requirements and robust design and its environmentally ruggedized case, the I/O system S900 is the best, cost-saving solution for use on site, in hazardous Zone 1 or Zone 2 areas.

S100 I/O consists of one or more I/O racks with several I/O boards, connection units and cables covering a wide variety of applications and specific needs. Flexible tubing lines are utilized for a more direct and simplified hookup between the throttle pedal and carburetor. Pedal angle is adjustable up to 85 degrees from the floor plate and the operational pedal travel is a full 30 degrees.

Pressure reducing / relieving valves can be used to reduce the pressure in a leg of the circuit lower than system pressure. The valve also acts as a relief valve, relieving any shocks or surges that occur between the regulated port and the actuator. When the valve is in the relieving mode, the inlet port is blocked. Parker offers pressure reducing/relieving valves in both pilot operated and directing acting styles. The direct acting version is generally used in static applications where response is critical, or leakage is a concern.
